Real Genuine UGGs
After I ordered 2 pairs of Ugg Clogs I was a bit concerned as to whether they would be genuine. I shouldn't have worried. I normally take size 5 shoes but 4 in Uggs whether it be slippers or boots. Due to the stretch that occurs in Ugg footwear. At first I couldn't get the back strap to fasten. It seemed as though the velcro fastening was miles away from fastening. I wore them for a couple of days just to stretch them and as if by magic the velcro strap now fastens. Really Chuffed with them

Beware of import duty!
It would've been nice to know in advance that I'd be hit with a massive import duty in order to receive my shoes. The shoes themselves were nice but it was shady that I had to pay an additional $60.

DON'T BUY THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They sold me a fake set supposedly from Sporty and Rich and fake as hell. The quality and material was not AT ALL as usual compared to the several items i bought from the brand website. The material is thin, cheap and not resistant. They refuse to refund me. Going through the other comments I understand that i am not the only victim. I placed alerts with authorities so they can stop this fraud. PS they dont even have a VAT intra community number.

Wheres my refund?
I returned a pair of shoes 20 days ago and haven’t received a refund or anything from them. They don’t answer my emails. The customer support close the call on me when she picks up. I can’t talk to an operator on the chat from the app. I will never buy anything from this website again.

Fees, fees, and more fees
Upon delivery DHL wanted to charge me $43.17 delivery charge. When placing an order with foot shop you should be notified that you will be charged an additional fee upon delivery so you have a choice before placing the order.

This notice is clearly displayed so customers can account for government-mandated fees before paying. These charges are set by US Customs and DHL, not our store, and are outside of our control.
