LADIES Adidas Trainers

I bought a pair of Adidas shoes at a very good price, significantly cheaper than the high street. They arrived promptly. I had a question about my invoice and spoke to a very nice gentleman (Patrick I think) who answered my question.
I have worn the shoes a lot and I'm very pleased with them. My only concern is they are white with navy blue stripes on the outside of the shoes, but the inner stripes are not navy. I have searched to see if the shoes with only navy stripes on the outerside of the shoe are genuine Adidas shoes but unable to confirm.
I am happy with the shoes, but having read some reviews where there are suggestions that the website is not geniune, many others say it is. I want to order further products as customer service and prices are excellent, but a little wary.

Delivery, product quality and customer sevice all perfect

I bought Nike basketball shoes last august and they got broken after 6 months. I contacted them via e-mail which was responded by Stella in just couple of hours. She said they were sorry about my bad experience and they can refund the money if I send the shoes back and on top of that I was given a discount on my further purchase. That was maybe the quickest response I have ever gotten from a customer service e-mail. Customer service representative was very polite and helpful as well. And of course the broken shoes was not their fault but perhaps Nike's. I am very happy how they handled the situation and I would recommend them to everyone.

I do not understand what is happening. I have order shoes with size 38, and I got it 37. Fine, I return it since it is free return, and order again pay again one week later I got my 37 AGAIN! I do not understand it. Very confusing!

Snitches get stitches (reformed)

They work together with those who snatch folk's emails and gives them away, Footway then sent me an email about offers of seasonal shoes.
Such a shame.

I will change my opinon if you can find an excuse.

EDIT: i contacted them and got it sorted out, turns out that i bought a pair of sport shoes 2 years ago (which are still in great condition )

HELP

HELP! RFT149749. I bought a lovely green Nike coat for my sons birthday, but it was unfortunately too small for him and I had to return it.
I attached the return label that was enclosed and took it to my nearest drop off point. The man scanned the return label and took the parcel with no problem and so I assumed the return had gone through OK.
I have now received an email saying the 'proforma' invoices were missing from the package and so it was returned back to me. Shipment 1Z5V73739140329271. On 26th January 2024.
I have not received it and it is not at the drop off point I used.
Please help with locating this item as soon as possible and clarify next steps?
Very worried!

HELP

HELP. I received a pair of Reiker boots from you Invoice No.1300438372. Unfortunately the boots are too small and hard/inflexible and I need to return them. There were NO return instructions but 3 invoices and a return label to Sweden. I looked on internet for return instructions and found a DHL number 0844 248 0844 which I rang to ask for package to be picked up. None of the numbers quoted from the invoice or label tallied with their system (cut off so I had to ring again). I was under the impression I ordered these from Pavers, rang them and again told no numbers tallied. I looked for my payment details on Paypal and found your company where apparently these boos came from. So PLEASE can someone get in touch to tell me how I can return these boots. Your help would be appreciated (84 year old silver surfer here going bananas). (phone 01536 518565)
