Don't order from them. It's been more than a week. The order hasn't arrived. Royal Mail has no info on it. Footware hasn't responded to any of my 4 emails. On their website they have no phone and no address. I was careless and didn't check that out before I ordered from them. Don't make my mistake.

Ordered 2 pairs of boots in size 10 and they managed to send one pair in a size 8. Still waiting for a response to remedy the problem

Product payment taken, order placed, which turned out to be out of stock. Refund given but time wasted.

Placed an order ticked for express delivery and I’m still waiting. I’m even waiting for the company to get back to me after countless messages, emails and phone calls all of which nobody is bothered responding.
I fear my money has gone and this company can’t be bothered.

Delivery never arrived despite many emails and messages to company. Tracking stayed at ‘we’re expecting it’ for well over a week. Eventually received a phone call from company and organised a refund which I now have got.

Where is my order ! Ordered 11th of October and was promised express delivery, I’ve emailed … no response , poor customer service and £48 down . Do not use this company.

Recieved the boots I ordered very quickly, but they arrived with glue all over the rims, that had stuck to the tissue paper in the box. The boots were also not quite the right size, so I have tried contacting the company through both email addresses on their returns page, no response. I have tried opening a chat, no response, I have tried to do a return through my account, but there is no button to press to start a return when I click on my order. A nightmare. Avoid this company.

Leather is excellent and delivery was quick

Avoid...unless you're sure the footwear will fit! Still waiting for a refund over two weeks later with no response to messages.

Update: Finally refunded on 15/10 hence increase of stars from one to three! Shame the returns process was so laborious in chasing refund, and concerning due to lack of timely response. Otherwise, there is a good choice of footwear at reasonable prices.

Initially I was impressed with speed of delivery and quick response to supplying a returns label but the problems showed themselves when it came to getting a replacement. Using the returns label I was give I posted the boots back hoping to receive a bigger size and despite numerous attempts to contact the company I have not had any for of confirmation that my return has been received or that a replacement pair of boots is being sent out. It has now been over two weeks with out any communication which unacceptable.
