I googled a specific pair of shoes and…
I googled a specific pair of shoes and Footwear depot came up as having them in stock. I bought them and got a 'dispatched' notice the next day but the shoes didn't arrive. Eventually I contacted Footwear depot, by online form. Later I got a phone call trying to sell me an alternative as the ones I'd bought weren't available. I insisted on a refund which I got.
So it's one star for poor service and claiming to have sent when they hadn't but a a second star for, at least, refunding.

Have been asked for a review but have still not received my order, estimated delivery time was 4/5 days ago and still waiting.
UPDATE. After being told my order was despatched 5 days ago, received a call last night to say that they did not have the product in the colour I wanted!!?
Asked for a refund and PayPal have confirmed receipt

The service was excellent
The service was excellent. However, the shoe I ordered in my regular 12 came up small. It looked more like a 10 or 10 and a half. In saying all that it was very easy via a listed email to set up a return for a refund.
