There is no doubt that this company is a SCAM. I made the mistake of ordering two pairs of NFL shoes for kids and never received them after BS emails claiming they were shipped and delivered twice. They are experts at emailing and taking your money but certainly not in delivery the product. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

This company is a scam. Never received my order from over two months ago never received my refund. Customer service is basically impossible to reach.
I did get a response from one of many emails over a month ago saying that they were going to refund my account within 7 to 10 days. That was over a month ago.

Do not buy from this company, they are a fraud.. I bought crocks back in December and never received them. When i reached out to the customer service they told me i will receive refund 7-10 days. Never received refund, and all i get is a email saying issue has been resolved. My advice but from a well know company in USA, and do not buy from this company, you will never see your money again.

SCAM- they sent the wrong size and did not make good on the unopened bag.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Order some Crocs for my Granddaughter for Christmas. Got a notice just before stating they would be late. Couple weeks later email came asking if I would like a refund because there was still a problem with shipping. I agreed, that was 1/04/2024. It is now 2/10/2024 and still no refund! Each email I send I get a response “Refund processed. Ticket Resolved”. I respond by saying no refund received. Again, email saying resolved ticket closed!
Save yourself the headache! NEVER PURCHASE FROM FOOTWEAR MERCHANDISE!

I was a little skeptical at first... but they kept me updated about about where my package was and it was exactly as shown in picture, my son loved his crocs , I will definitely order again

This was a gift for Nicole. When I placed the order #67936 and I thought the message was on a card or something, not realizing it was going on the straps
Original order:
Custom text on straps (Optional): Nicole, Merry Mayer Christmas, love Angus.
Can I change that to just say Nicole on both straps? I sent this message within one hour of placing the order.
I got this message back from Customer Service.

When gift arrived the msg: (Nicole, Merry Mayer Christmas, love Angus) was still on the straps :( instead of just Nicole even though I was assured it was fixed.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Horrible company to deal with. While your "crocs" are really cute their sizing and their service suck. I ordered two pair, one for my grandson and one for my son. There is nothing on their website that says their sizes are NOT accurate. I ordered both of them the size that they wear. My grandson could not get his foot in his and my son's were so big that they would fit a gorilla. They informed me that they do not do exchanges I would have to repurchase them. So I did for my grandson. I paid double the price for one pair. When my sons arrived and they were huge I contacted them and they did not care one bit. They told me that was the size I ordered. Well of course it is that is the size he wears. They would not work with me at all. Now I have a pair or shoes that I can't even give away because i do not know any human with feet that big. This company is awful. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I honestly thought that this website wasn't going to respond to me with my order and reading the reviews I was not sure if this was the best purchase but it wasn't even like that, they answered every email I sent asking about my order, it really took longer than what they had said to receive my order but I finally got it and it's actually the same as the picture that I ordered. Now I'm happy with my product, good size as well. Thanks.

This company is a scam I never received the merchandise and they will not refund the money. I filed a claim with USPS and found out they are using the same tracking number for multiple orders. Do not use this company!

Awful smell, their sizes aren’t accurate. And it looks nothing like the picture.
I ordered a man’s size 9 for my son, it took a month to receive and it was extremely big more like a size 12 . I also got my daughter big kids size 1 and it’s more of toddler size . It’s now a waste 🤦‍♀️

I order my daughter a pair on November 23..We still have not received them. I have asked for a refund. Right after I asked I haven't heard anything else from them. All I want is my money back. I should have read the reviews on this company before buying.

I ordered Taylor Swift Crocs (knockoffs) for my granddaughter on Dec 1. It has been 6 weeks and I just found out that USPS has seized them because they were sent using counterfeit postage. This company is the worst. I will dispute the charge with Visa.
