I ordered a few sabers (SFX Reaper, SFX Trident V2 and Standard Conan) in January on a little bit of a whim, and they arrived this morning. While I can't comment on customer service (never spoke to anyone on the team), I can say that the quality of the sabers is phenomenal. The hilts are comfortable to hold and weighted in such a way that it's easy to add flair while duelling, and the blades are strong enough for fairly heavy contact. Overall, they just feel good to use.

Will definitely consider buying again in the future.

From start to finish, they have been absolutely fantastic. Spoke to a member of the team on the phone and he was so helpful, as a first time buyer, he talked me through everything with the two sabers I was interested in and even helped me fit within the budget I had.
Even after ordering the team has been incredible, answering questions and even bundled together an order a friend wanted as well so they would come together, updates and as I as of the time of writing am on tour, had them sent out to get to me sooner and even in that, they were still dispatched before the original quoted time frame.

These guys are absolutely fantastic, they really go above and beyond as far as customer care, great quality items as well, the sabres look incredible and feel good in the hand. Truly a very passionate and caring company who really care about their customers as well as their product!

Have recommended to a few friends and certainly would recommend again! May buy from again if another saber catches the eye!

Perfection for the price tag I’m very impressed being a massive Star Wars geek this can be used ornamentally or for duelling the feel, weight and overall realism of this price is amazing will definitely be buying again side note some of the metals have a brushed effect and the saber bears a few scratches I personally love the combat used effect but do your research before you buy people force sabers you have done amazingly and I fell I have a genuinely unique product best birthday ever. Also the customer service is out of this world I was able to get mine almost a week earlier upon request can not contain how pleased I am with this item.

Excellent quality saber. Dispatched within the time frame given and arrived very fast. Package was well padded and secure as well as marked as fragile.
This was my first purchase with forcesabers and the saber hilt itself has blown my expectations away, in love with it!
The light inside the hilt is quite bright and does a great job of lighting then entire blade when put together.

Honestly one of the best star wars themed items I've purchased. I initially purchased these to put a show on for my nephew and come to realize they'd be an amazing piece of room decor. I added them to my set up and i can honestly say they bring the whole room to life. The customer service was amazing from force sabers uk and i can't thank them enough for the quality in service they provided. I would 100% recommend for both decor and acting/prop work.

Products are amazing, bespoke & perfect for Star Wars geeks like my teenage son. We had an issue with the battery on ours & I was worried we may have problems getting it repaired but how wrong I was. We ordered a dark clone sabre for our son who is absolutely blown away by the build quality and the feel and weight. Well worth the wait!

Saber was of high quality, good brightness. Would be nice if they offered different length blades with the hilts, though.

I ordered a Spartan SFX model. It looks awesome and am really happy with it. Forcesabers were very helpful with any questions I had and when it arrived there was a slight issue where it wasn't turning on when I received it but their customer service answered quickly and it was an issue with the courier jostling the package about even though it is clearly labelled fragile. It was easy enough to fix and am very happy with the product.

We bought a custom made SFX rebel. It arrived exactly when they advertised it would, was exactly what we ordered and is working great. My son is very very pleased with it. 😁

Amazing Quality Light Saber
I bought this for my son who has autism and he absolutely loves it. I’m so happy with the product I will purchase another one later this year for my other son. Very happy with the service they provided, highly recommend.

There customer service is excellent, My grandson has special needs and wanted to handle a lightsaber before going ahead with a purchase. They were brilliant in understanding his needs, and sent a demo model, which was perfect. They were spot on with delivery as it was approaching Christmas and use a different carrier to fulfill their promise. The product was first class and of a very high standard and packaged very well. Brilliant!!
