Ordering a new car was easy
Easy company to deal with and I placed my order. Wait time for the vehicle is about 5 months and they warned me that I would hear nothing for a while.
Reassuring that prices will not rise over that period.

Not a great experience.
Have to say I didn’t enjoy my dealings with this company. The salesman left out crucial service plan details and I had a huge effort to get it sorted out after the car was delivered. Communications are difficult, at times non existent. I doubt I would use this company again.

Simple process from start to finish
Simple process from start to finish. I knew the exact car I wanted and Stephen provided me with regular emails to make the process run smoothly. A quick call to provide deposit and car ordered - easy. After deposit was paid, Stephen provided me with ‘what will happen next’ info and a point of contact who will manage the purchase. All good and a great saving.
