Really good customer service, helpful, patient and prompt which is everything you want from a company. Two orders placed, first for boots (super grade) which needed an exchange due to size, handled perfectly and top quality condition, the second for some grade 1 gear jacket and trousers etc, all absolutely spot on and better condition than expected (could easily be called super grade) very happy.

Wow!!! ......ordered pair German Para Boots ,following the size guide...arrived pdq via DPD Blue within their time window. Fit was perfect and given they were the middle spec condition at time couldn't really be faulted. Few weeks later issue cropped up with the condition of one . I sent an email one evening explaining the problem ,with photos...they replied 8:15 the next morning .....acknowledged the fault and stated New Pair being sent straight out. And 3 days later replacements are here ,again all in order ,and funny enough same DPD Blue Delivery man and well within his time window . So Customer Service Tip Top

I recently bought a waterproof jacket and a pair of gloves. Both Listed as grade 1.
The jacket good condition but slightly too small ( my fault) and one of the gloves had some damage. I emailed the store and received a prompt response which was very apologetic. They suggested that I make a new order for the jacket and the gloves and that I return the original items for a full refund and they would reimburse my postage for both items.
The new items arrived within 2 days and to be honest I am pretty sure the jacket was brand new! The day my returns arrived i was refunded in full.
Excellent products at a great price and brilliant customer service.

I have bought a number of items over a period. Over-all very pleased indeed.

Recently I bought a fleece, but the zip proved defective. I returned it, whereupon it was expertly repaired and returned promptly, with my return postage reimbursed. Very good and reassuring service.

The only improvement I would suggest is the provision of a phone number. I typically have reservations about online firms without a contact number.

Ordered some military bits from this company for winter hikes. The first rucksack that arrived was damaged but only upon close inspection so could easily have been missed by FUAK. I returned the item and was sent a replacement in excellent condition, all done very efficiently. The cost of the return postage was also refunded. Impressed with the service and the quality of the items ordered. Thank you.

Got my order promptly via DPD just a few days afterwards. Purchased the German Polizei waterproof jacket. It was made in 2008 and was brand new unissued. Good quality item. Reasonable price. Good email communication updates. Overall very happy.

Ordered a pair of austrian para boots Grade 1. Good boots but quite a bit of damage (friend lower grade were actually in better condition) lasted 6 months and 4 days before both soles came away. “Nothing can be done as outside terms of conditions of 6 months from order date”. Previous boots were magnums that lasted 6 years so not the saving it appears.

Ordered a pair of grade 1 boots, minor signs of wear, they had a hole in the toe box of the suede and no insoles and were filthy, after returning them the owner said they met the description of minor signs of wear and the rip in the suede (right on the eyelet which would clearly pull off soon) was "visual", refused to refund postage which was £9.99 and he requested they be sent by such!

Bought an ECW suit in new condition but arrived without velcro cuffs advertised. Returns policy states customer pays return postage then additional postage for exchanged item, so I kept the suit. Next bought lightweight and medium weight modular sleeping bags advertised as Grade 1 condition. Lightweight bag was very good but medium weight bag had large repair. Didnt return due to their returns policy, took £10 refund and bought better bag from Goarmy.co.uk.

I bought some German para boots grade 1,and they are almost new,not a mark on them,they were clean and polished and in a nice cotton carry bag, I love these boots and will definitely recommend them,

I tried to place a order for some trousers, when I came to pay, I could not place the order, as it requires a mobile phone number. Now I have chosen to live without a mobile phone so I cannot order from them! When I emailed a complaint to get this sorted, I got a terse, ignorant, email basically saying ho hum. There were no questions regarding what the problem was? How could it be sorted out? All I can say is that you have lost a customer because of your bone idle attitude towards customer care or lack of in this case!

Ordered 2 jumpers both not the size stated,label removed, way too small.Posted them back almost immediately. Decided to cancel order .They then refused to refund my £12 postage,I would have been happy with £6 one way returned but the kept the lot .irrespective of their website t&c,s,tightfisted postage obsessed dont care about the customer.I mean £6 that's all.Never use them again.

Just a few words about this company. This is my first time ordering from them and im pleased to say that im not disappointed. I ordered a pair of german para boots grade 1 and obviously not being brand new i was taking a bit of a chance. However, they arrived in 3 days[not bad] and are really almost as new, just a few creases but no sole wear to speak of.I would use this company again and recommend them to others.
