I'm not one to write a bad review for a small business but we ordered a personalised stamp for our wedding and it arrived with the wrong names. They offered a replacement but 22 days later nothing else has arrived and they stopped replying by email. Would not recommend buying from this shop.

I purchased a personalised cookie stamp for my daughters upcoming wedding and was really impressed with it.I wanted to use it for clay instead of cookies and it worked perfectly. I highly recommend and are looking forward to buying some more designs

Havent received my order and emailed 3 times no respond

I placed an order on the 27th January 2026 still haven't received it and I've messaged and emailed but no response

I placed an order a while back with this shop and I was really surprised at how soon it was going to be delivered overseas, unfortunately I never received my order but they were so dear and resolved the issue. Anyways I placed an order similar to the one I had previously placed the beginning of this year and just received them and they are perfect, super sturdy stamps very easy to work with with a perfect stamp. I also received a mystery gift that went perfectly with the theme. So I’m very excited and very pleased with this shop.

Just a small thank you to say we always use your toppers. We love the buy one get one free offer - we wait with excitement which new embosser we will receive. The quality, dispatch time is always 10/10.

Awful service. Totally ignore your emails, you can't track your delivery. Took nearly two weeks to arrive. I'll never use them again and I'd strongly suggest that others don't.

Although I have now received my item, their customer service and response time is terrible. Also, if the company is reading this PLEASE PROVIDE THE TRACKING DETAILS WHEN CUSTOMERS PLACE AN ORDER. Or at least provide the tracking number when requested instead of completely disregarding the request and providing a generic response. For any customers reading, i wouldn’t recommend ordering directly from their site due to the nature of their customer service - if there’s an item you really want and only they can provide then it might be worth just ordering off Amazon or Etsy for the added security.

Waited over two weeks for the stamp arrived 5 days after I required it, no longer any use my daughters 5th birthday has been and gone, same several emails and no response, appalling communication

SCAM - I ordered over 2 weeks ago and still not received my order! I have emailed, contacted on instagram and the online form and no response! Wasted my money, now have to order again from else where and the personalised one was needed asap!

I have ordered embossers and stamps from Cut Bake Stamp a couple of times and have loved each of the products. Delivery is within the time stated on their website. I had to contact them once before to query my order and the response was prompt. Will continue to purchase from them and can highly recommend their products. Overall, great service and value for money.

What can I say, ordered a few stamps and became a little concerned as I did not recieve dispatch email.

Emailed over the weekend and recieved a reply first thing Monday. Confirming items have been sent.

Item actually arrived the following day and had been sent 2nd class so they had just been delayed.

All stamps are perfect and just what I wanted. Arrived well packaged (thanks for the freebiee)

I look forward to purchasing more from this company.
