Everything wrong seems to happen right after the warranty expires with ford. Just another greedy company that designs their vehicles to have cheap parts that break after 10,000 miles. I’ll be trading... See more

Lie when selling extended warranty
So I bought a ford back in December from the Farnborough store and was sold the extended warranty. We wasn’t going to get this but the man assured us everything was covered minus the brake pads and disks things like that. However there is a fault with the engine wiring today and I have to pay as evidently the extended warranty doesn’t cover this! Disgusting never buying another car from you or your warranties
Impossible to get help
I am trying to buy a hybrid escape suv. Its impossible to get help. Most dealerships cannot tell a hybrid from other cars. They continue to send me gas listings. Many dealer website do not have a filter to sort for hybrids. Have contacted six dealerships and no closer to finding anything. Paying cash. Called Ford and they just asked a bunch of useless personal data. No one wants to help me buy a car.
I have been buying fords for 55 yrs I…
I have been buying fords for 55 yrs I just bought a 2016 ford explorer with a 3.5 non turbo engine. I did not know they had internal water pumps that if they go bad is very expensive.
Until my friend I work with who has 5 kids to raise had his 2015 Taurus water pump go out they want 3,500 dollars to fix it. Now he has to get rides to work and Uber because he can not afford to fix his car over a simple and common thing to go out as a water pump or thermostat. Fords is getting to get real dirty on the engineering of there vehicles. Something like a water pump is a major repair and very costly that mist people can not afford to have it fix on the drop of a dime and they need there transportation as much as there chargeing fir a vehicle right now is insane must less the dirty engineering to hurt the people and rob them of there life.
I WILL NEVER BUY A FORD VEHICLE WITH A INTERNAL WATER PUMP FROM FORDS AGAIN THERE JUNK.
PEOPLE BEWARE FOR THIS REPAIR FOR A INTERNAL WATER PUMP CAN RUIN YOUR LIFE AND BE A BIG SET BACK. MY FRIEND IS STILL PAYING A CAR PAYMENT BUT HE CAN NOT AFFORD THE WATER PUMP REPAIR HE IS SPENT OUT FOR HIS MONLY BILLS WITH 5 CHILDREN TO RAISE.
SHAME SHAME ON FORDS AND THERE ENGINEERING.
THESE FOREIGN CARS LIKE HONDA AND TOYOTA SEEM TO BE BUILT BETTER.
Now am acared of my 2016 explorer with the internet water pump.i need to get rid of this vehicle because I am also max out on my monthly pay and if that pump goes out how am I going to get to work. Never again

OK Ford you want me to be honest..Your customer service is atrocious..you don't stand by what you sell..you lie..lie..lie..why would anybody buy a Ford..We in good faith paid for our EGR. cooler to be replaced..it was installed by a Ford dealership..you did a big recall and advise we would get a refund..well we are still waiting for refund..which was about 6 months ago..I have chased up refund with emails and get a generic reply..good on you Ford this is how you are looked after when you purchase a Ford..why would I give you a 5 star rating..didn't even want to give you 1..
Major Engine Failure at Just 55,000 Miles – Disappointed in Ford Quality
I never thought I’d be writing a review like this, but I feel it’s important to warn others. I own a Ford Edge with only 55,000 miles on it, and I’ve just been told that the engine block has a crack and the entire engine needs to be replaced. This is not a high-mileage vehicle, it has been well maintained, and there were no warnings that something this catastrophic was about to happen.
After some research, I’ve learned that this isn’t an isolated issue—there are many similar complaints about Ford engines failing prematurely, and it’s incredibly frustrating to learn about these common problems only after it’s too late.
It’s unacceptable for a modern engine to fail this early due to a manufacturing defect, especially from a brand that promotes reliability and American engineering. This isn’t just bad luck—it’s bad design or bad quality control.
If you're considering buying a Ford, I highly recommend doing your homework and checking into known issues and customer complaints. I wish I had. I expected better from Ford and now I’m left with a massive repair bill for something that should never have happened this early in a vehicle’s life.
Best place to shop for a Ford
My husband just traded my van for an Expedition I’m so happy i can now carry all 5 of my grands (the 5 week old will have to wait!). I even have room for my husband!!! He purchased my new ride at Jay Hodge Ford in Morrilton, Ar. We are convinced we received the best deal ever, with the greatest service. They were awesome.
2018 Ford EcoSport Oil Pump Drive Belt Recall
If I could give zero stars, I would. My 2018 Ford EcoSport was part of the recall for the oil pump drive belt; however, I did NOT receive notice that there was a recall and I wasn’t even aware of said recall until I had to have my car towed because of it. The dealership filed for the recall and the engine was replaced as an interim repair since they do not have parts available for just the damaged part. My issue now is that the ‘water outlet’ has gotten stuck open and Ford will not explain as to why that part was not included in the recall. From speaking with the dealer, my understanding is that the water outlet works in conjunction with the thermostat (which was a part that was replaced on the engine for the recall) to regulate the temperature of the coolant for the engine. Ford Customer Relations was absolutely no help as they couldn’t explain why this water outlet was not part of the replacement components for the recall and they could not direct me to someone who could. I have zero faith in Ford as a company and will definitely choose to go with another brand of vehicle in the future.
Scam artist. Issue a Technical bulletin For a known problem, customer pays
I have a 2015 F1 50 with a 2.7 eco-boost. I recently have an oil leak around all Pan. I took it in To get a look at and there is a service Bulletin. 24-2098. This is a known issue with this model of truck and they do nothing to fix it. If it is a known issue should be covered under a warrany and recall. It cost me $2300 to get this fixed. The service advisor said it was because of an issue with the valve covers. If it is a known issue caused by the manufacturer, it should be recalled and fixed.
They Responded and said there was nothing they would be willing to do. This is my point. It is a known issue so much to the fact that they issue a technical bulletin about the issue. They however did not take responsibility for the issue. According to the dealership it is extremely common but very expensive. I was okay for them to know the name did not design something properly and is likely to leak. I was told very clearly I can replace the oil pan and save money, but unless I followed the technical bulletin it would just happen again because there was an issue with the valve cover from the factory. It is absolutely ridiculous that Ford has a known problem in they refused to stand behind their product. I currently have four Ford vehicles sitting in my driveway, a 2021 F 350, a 2018 transit T150 (Wheelchair Van), this 2015 F150, and a 2001 Mustang. Until this point have had no negative experiences with Ford. Given that this is now happened, I have now purchased my last Ford. I really hope that that $2300 therefore made off of me was worth it. I will never purchase another one. How hard is it to complete the work at cost or issue a recall if you know there is a known issue even outside of warranty. I really hope that Ford sees this and changes their mind.
It only hurts worse for people like myself who are restricted to a set income. I am a legally disabled veteran, quadriplegic, confined to a wheelchair. Now I have to find a months worth of income to repair a vehicle you do an issue ford knew about and did nothing about. Do better.
Ford Refusal to Replace Synch Screen Despite Warranty
Refused to replace inoperative Synch Screen in my F-150 despite extended warranty and Premiumcare Plan...either Ford or the Courtesy Ford (London Ontario) dealership gaslit me for months saying there was nothing wrong with it other than a "software update" that the Ford Engineers were "working on". I drove for 9 months (March 2024 to January 2025), tens of thousands of kilometers and hundreds of hours in dead silence despite repeated attendances at the dealership, leaving with the assurance it was fixed. On one of those services they charged me $100 deductible on the warranty because it was a "big software update"...the screen failed the next day. It was only after i agreed to take down a negative review that they agreed to honour their contractual and service warranty/plan. I have driven F-150's since 1972 and loved them...except for this one thanks to the terrible service from Ford and Courtesy Ford in London.
I have had the wipers stop working on…
I have had the wipers stop working on my 2017 f 150 in a heavy rain fall and not able to see anything in front of me while driving on a hi way which is a scarey situation in 2022 so tow to dealership to replace the whole wiper assembly at my cost. After picking up my truck from dealership I noticed the cover for the wiper assembly was flapping up and down while driving so pull over to check and see that they broke the clips on the cover and did not sat a thing. Turn around take it back to the crooks of a Ford Dealership and complain so lost another day with my truck still there.I will never ever take my truck to a Ford Dealership again nor will I ever buy another one of there products and spread that message to everyone I know. Now there is a recall for that 3 years later and they will not reimburse me. Horrible company NEVER BUY A FORD
Bronco Hardtop Roof Water Leakage
Purchased a hardtop 2023 Ford Bronco Badlands with Sasquatch trim package. Started having leakage in front roof panels from the get go. Notified the dealer but couldn't get in until 9/2024 for first repair. Dealer replace seals which originally took care of issue until this past winter. Vehicle has been in 3 additional times in April of 2025 and had seals replace twice and roof panels once. Vehicle is back in as of 4/30/2025.
It is a shame that Ford manufactures a vehicle that has "leakage" or is defective and actually has refused to do the right thing. Still working on situation and hasn't gone legal yet.
I have been a loyal Ford customer for years but after this issue and Ford's lack of help, I think I can honestly say I would be better off going to a competitor for future vehicles and from a different dealership
A police report was filed on 1/19/2025…
A police report was filed on 1/19/2025 in Linn county Missouri for the following events regarding one of your employees, using one of your vehicles with a dealer tag.
On the evening of 4/19/2025 an arrangement was made to sell a 1999 Chevy Malibu on Facebook. The young man’s name is Zach Garcia /dark hair shorter side wearing glasses (he brought a friend who wasn’t introduced, another younger, taller young man with dark hair). They were meant to show up at 7, but claimed they were in a car accident and someone had hit their trailer so they were running late. Several calls later and they finally showed up at almost midnight. The car was loaded onto the trailer and I kept asking about the payment. It was originally meant to be 200.00 but my son knocked it down to 150 because a door was damaged trying to move it so they could pick it up. Once it was on the trailer Zach said he would give one hundred for it and that my son had agreed. I had already spoken to my son who denied this. At that point he said it was already on the trailer and they weren’t taking it down after he repeatedly asked if I had the title (I do, it is my car) While he was messing with the straps I reiterated that the car was 150.00. He said fine, I’ll give you the 150 to make you feel better about yourself. I told him to remove it from the trailer, he wasn’t taking it anywhere. They dumped the car in the middle of the road, watched us trying to struggle to get it out of the road while it rolled into a ditch. I asked why they were still there and they sped off, only to return a few minutes later after the car was stuck and ask if we wanted them to take it off our hands now. They sped off when I told them no- again. I am a little woman with disabilities, and my younger son who was helping also has issues with a leg he broke due to a workplace injury. The vehicle had to be towed because the front end was in the middle of the street. All of this was intentional, down to them saying they were coming from a few hours away, being late and repeatedly asking if we had the title. A police report was made. This is the most despicable scam behavior I have ever seen. When they started asking questions about the title and acted as if they were going to take off with the car- I took a picture of the tag shown here - Be aware this is a dealer tag from a Ford dealership, and apparently, they cannot be trusted- Tag number D378-AS
This young man and his friend are proudly claiming to work at this company on his Facebook page, while using messenger and a company vehicle for illegal and despicable business practices. A report is being filed with the BBB to accompany the police report. I doubt the actions he's taken represent the companies ethical values and may be pursuing legal recourse due to the vehicle needing to be towed out from the ditch
I purchased a car from ford in good…
I purchased a car from ford in good faith however there had been an accident where a claim was logged against the car I bought, but this was before It was purchased. Now the insurance is hard to get, but Ford washed there hands if it, well I feel they should deal with this not tell the customer it down to them

Bait and switch
Let me start out by saying these guys at this dealership are SLICK. I took my 22 Mustang in due to motor noise, get a call about a hour later that they would be interested in buying my car... I had them make me an offer only to find out there was strings attached to it... I had to buy a car from them. I get my car back from service being told normal noise, which isn't the case. I had a 2019 F150 that made the exact same noise and the motor blew up at 60k. I left my car there to ponder my next move.. I found a car that I would be content with. We did a little back and forth, came to an agreement. Was told the night before that Wells Fargo wanted to do the deal with a down payment. I was only truly looking to just get rid of my car and said no to that deal. I get a text the next day saying Wells Fargo will do it with no money down, and no payments for 60 days. I agreed to that. Confirmed in finance office, (which I recorded the whole time) the details I was told and he agreed, those were the details. We did the deal. A few days later I have the dealership blowing up my phone and saying I had to do a phone call with THIS PLACE. It's a Credit Union, not Wells Fargo... Just got off the phone with the Credit Union, they told me they were doing the loan, and the dealership lied about interest rate, term, and who the bank was gonna be. Nice lady even told me the dealership is on their watch list, Im not the 1st victim of this...Dealer told them my car was being removed, and I was keeping my wife's truck...Im not even MARRIED!!!! I contacted an attorney, and am gonna report them to Ford themselves. We all know Dealerships are shady, but this one, oh boy....I wouldn't go back there for a free brand new vehicle from them!! Why can't I get any reply
Great of Ford to advertise a free Spring check. Ideal I thought . Plenty more holiday driving this summer .
Started by filling in comprehensive on line form on 11 April . No reply .
Gave it a week - nothing .
Repeat email prompt sent to me . 3rd time lucky and up came a chatbox .
Advised me to either contact complaining or fill in another form?
I actually gave up a few months ago having my car serviced with them as there was no info on prices - even a starter price.
Puzzled as the sales team were fine when I bought the car at Wilmslow Ford .
Excellent performance
Excellent performance , stylish design and impressive features make ford atop choice
