I LOVE the Take Back Bag! Makes me feel better my old unwanted destroyed items will not end up in landfill :) The process was so easy and simple. I also now have credit to buy new products within their marketplace!

I loved having the option to recycle our well-used clothes. However the closet cash thing seems to be a scam because I have more. n't figured out how to use it without paying significant amounts of money. I received the bag as a gift. Otherwise, I'd be downright angry.

I saw an ad for the Take Back Bag and loved the idea! Got my bag, had an issue with the QR code but their customer service team was quick to respond and were able to help me so I could send in my old cloths and got my $20 credit. Have been recommending to all of my friends since!

Genuinely don’t understand the negative reviews here. I’ve been a loyal fan and supporter of ForDays clothing and their message for a while now and have had nothing but positive experiences. I get complimented when I wear their clothes, even the basic T shirt, and I always feel good about telling people “who” I’m wearing, and the impact that ForDays is making in keeping clothes out of landfill. Onwards and Upwards ForDays. And bravo!

I am one of those folks that hesitates throwing out clothes, and Goodwill will generally dispose of items that they can't resell. I purchased a Take Back Bag a few months ago, finally filled it up, and printed out the shipping label. I took it to USPS and they accepted it like a typical package return. I tracked my bag and saw that it was delivered to a textiles recycling facility that focuses on repurpose and reuse. (I looked up the address from the shipping label out of curiosity.) It was awesome not to be contributing to waste. I will definitely be using the service again.

Ordered a Take Back Bag a few weeks ago. Finally got around to filling it up with all my old clothes. Worked flawlessly for me- glad I got rid of some old clothes without throwing them out and winding up in a landfill.

Updated 9/5/23: With additional intervention by For Days customer service, I was able to activate my account, and I have now completed the "send bag - get closet cash - purchase items" cycle a few times. I still sometimes have trouble with the website (intermittently non-responsive to key strokes as one tries to enter information, hard to find/track closet cash balance) but I find that refreshing the page and keep trying helps. I still wish that there was customer service by phone, but I appreciate the assistance I got via email, and I very much appreciate the mission to recycle textile waste.

Such a scam! Terrible customer service, for one--they don't send you an order confirmation. I emailed several times asking for it, and got an auto response saying they would reply in 1-2 business days. It took them 5 days to respond! I had to message them on Instagram to get a response.
I ordered an item which was NOT marked final sale. It arrived and was way too big for me, but when I tried to generate a return label, it says "non-returnable." I double checked the page for that item and it does not say "final sale" anywhere. I don't expect a response from them based on my previous experience. How is this sustainable? Making people hold on to clothes that don't fit them, when they could take them back and sell it to someone who actually would use it? What a scam.

Paid 20$ for a large bag to ship out and the QR code doesn’t scan to create a label. Emailed help and “Amanda” asked for a picture of the QR and said they’d get back to me in 1-2 business days. They have not. I emailed mid week and today and still nothing. This is an absolute disasterpiece of a company.

DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS.
Not only is their website wildly inconvenient to use (they have NO filters to prevent out of stock items from populating) But they also provide the worst customer service. There's no one to call should you desire to alter your order prior to shipping. Instead you get an automated response saying they'll get back in 1-2 days and then no one replies.
The charge SO much for their clothing especially when competitors offering recycled and ethical options are not nearly as expensive.
They claim to be carbon footprint conscious but have no basis for said claim. They'd rather ship items, and then have you ship them back for exchange than providing clear and concise customer service experience.
Do not trust these people taking advantage of those who think their helping make a positive impact. Rant done.

I am still waiting for the two bags I ordered on 6/27/23. Today is July 17th. There are no tracking updates. There is no customer service. I regret getting involved with this company, if it is actually a company, or is this a scam?

For days team, I placed my order on early July, today is already July 17 I received no updates. I sent emails to your customer service but got no response. Yesterday when I tried to send another email the system shows “Mail address doesn’t exist.” Mail Delivery Failure. Why is that? And I wrote you here on Instagram through message but got no reply. So I commented here then your team tried to bury my comment with new comments. What is going on with your company?
So far not so good. I ordered a few weeks ago. Emailed to ask about the bag and they said 1-2 business days for a response. We are past 2 business days and still no response. I’m about to contact my bank. They should be reported for fraud
I would not trust this clothing website. They are essentially a 3rd party distributing your clothes. How I know? My clothes never delivered and the status on the shipping website says “Label Created” two months ago now. I was patient and emailed every other week. Rarely did I get a response back, but I kept being told that they’d contact “Tourn” to see the status. Tourn is the brand of the shirts I bought. So if you don’t want to get up charged, I recommend buying directly from the brand.
Got my Take Back Bags months ago but only able to fill them now. No problem with the QR codes, label printing or my Take Back Cash credit account. I’m thrilled to keep my used clothes out of a landfill and get a little something back for my efforts.
Waited 10 days for the recycle bag which costs $20. Read the qr odeto register it and it failed. Write customer service and they should get back to be in10 days. I am moving I didn't have 3 weeks to deal with this
I have had a terrible time with this company. I got a Take Back bag and from the moment that QR Code didn’t work and I needed to reach out to customer service, I knew I was in trouble. There was some outage and then I tried again a week later and it worked so I sent the clothes in. Since, I am unable to see any closet cash. I have contacted customer service multiple times and THEY say they can see the cash in my account, but I can’t. So they send me links to “activate my account” and I do, change my password and I do all the things, and nothing. No closet cash. It’s been months of this going back and forth just to try to use the money from sending my clothes in on their site. It’s been awful.
I like the concept of the company and its mission. So far the experience has been great. I received a gift card, used it to cover costs for 3 Take Back Bags (over the course of a month). I didn't notice how long it took, so it may not have been delivered within a few days, but I also wasn't worried since it was just cleaning up old stuff I wasn't wearing. I did both print out the USPS label and scan QR code at my local post office (which is a tiny location but near a large city) without issues. With the Closet Cash I bought a Mystery Bag item (which states in the description that ALL those are FINAL SALE so no return/exchange). Admittedly, I did that cause those prices are very high for my budget. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the products in my bag, they're comfortable and nice - and $68 vs the listed $211. Now, I will admit some things I have noticed: user interface can be not the simplest, Closet Cash works a bit funky so a new user might be alarmed it won't process, and I currently have a weird issue where I used Closet Cash but then it refunded it to me. So...it's like I didn't spend it. I reached out even though it was certainly tempting to just spend it. So with those simple things it's been great, but definitely needs to work out some issues.
