Such a lovely range of dog collars. Loved the way it was packaged too, in a pretty pink postal box! Lovingly wrapped inside too and contained a free dog biscuit! Will happily order from again.

Great quality product

Amazing Quality & Customer Service
Absolutely over the moon when I ordered.
I got the whole Ocean Adventure Collection. I bought the wrong size collar so emailed them and they changed it straight away for me and then shipped it out next day and it got delivered the day after! So fast!
Once I opened the packaging was really nice and my dog even got a treat! He loved it lol.
Now my GoldenDoodle looks amazing in his ocean blue set and everything is also really good quality and fits perfectly!
The lead is also quite long which is great because a lot of other places they’re too short for big dogs!
Can’t wait to order something else in the future!

We can see our advisor has provided an information that an email to update you on the above has been sent after placing your order and we have been waiting for your response if the restock time is convenient for you or you prefer to receive a refund for your order.
We are pleased to see your request to swap for a different item has been confirmed and you were able to receive an upgrade to Express Delivery free of charge to ensure you will receive your order as soon as
possible.
Furthermore we can now see as of June 2nd your order has been delivered on successfully on May 17th and accepted by reception desk at the provided by you address.
We have tried to confirm the above with you via email to ensure you have successfully received your order but have not received any response as of yet.

When ordered delivery stated 3-5…
When ordered delivery stated 3-5 working days . Now it says that one item is delayed for 2 weeks and everything will come in one package. So won’t receive my items. If I had none it wasn’t in stock I wouldn’t hand purchased the harness.
