Avoid- they don’t even abide by their own shipping terms
I reside in Northern Ireland , the UK! And they charge nearly double postage despite being part of the uk and despite their own t&c saying uk postage as £2.95. Nowhere in their terms does it state they charge extra for Northern Ireland! I am part of the uk yet penalised by this company, they also don’t abide by their own terms of postage. Complete scam. Avoid! I will be shopping with an alternative UK company who doesn’t charge the earth in postage for one harness for a small dog! What a joke

Great aftercare service
There was an issue with the coat a button was broken, I contacted the customer service team and they responded very quickly with a solution - things do go wrong sometimes and it is how they are resolved that makes great customer service!
