Trolley in for service from Nevill GC
Trolley in for service from Nevill GC. Sent to Patchesam. Two weeks later not even looked at. Had to keep asking in proshop when mighty ready. Eventually had phone call, trolley serviced. Paid over phone understanding trolley would be returned back at Nevill that day. Did not happen. Next day requested immediate return. Did not happen. 8 more days before trolley back at Nevill, Outcome: Dissatisfied customer now reluctant to part with hard earned money in pro shop again. Poor customer service.

False marketing and incomplete refund
Purchased a pom pom hat from Forefront however it was not, as advertised, 'Muesling free wool'. It was 5% wool with the rest polyamide, polyester and elastane. NOT what I was looking for. They issued refund for garment no problem but still haven't succeeded in issuing return postage despite saying they would. False marketing and a waste of time.

With regards to the information provided on our website for this product, we sincerely apologise that it led to any confusion. The claim of the hat’s wool content being “muesling-free” is a guarantee of its having been produced without the use of a cruel shearing technique known as muesling, but it is understandable how this may well have seemed like a statement of it being wool free.
