Harris tweed footstool
We needed a matching footstool to go with our new chair and this stool was perfect, made very well, sent quickly and is a perfect size, posted quickly.

Friendly helpful staff
Friendly helpful staff. Easy to deal with return when I ordered wrong size dog bed. May be sizing of actual cushion area could be better on website but probably me just being a little less attentive than I should have been. Product seems good quality and robust - only problem is persuading border collie to use it rather than preffered place of sofa!

Great experience with a custom footstool
I ordered a custom footstool with Forest & Fell and had the best experience. Customer service was excellent with fast, detailed, and clear communications of options, timings, and pricing. Couldn’t fault either process or product
The service was above and beyond expectations. Communication was excellent. We were kept abreast of progress with our order at each step.
