Beyond appalling service

Forester's has the worst customer service I have come across. We have been trying to access my daughter's baby bond funds since late 2023 and still NOTHING. Please do not tell me to write to service@foresters as we have done that over and over again. Emails take days to be responded to and then when we send what is asked for, a week later, we get another email asking for something else. We keep getting asked to call but when we try, the calls don't connect (we are not in the UK). Foresters are not willing to call us. We want this resolved. We are planning to take this further with the ombudsman as it is beyond outrageous how we are being treated.

Terrible company

Terrible company. Trying to sort my child’s trust fund out for her and this company are making it very difficult. Wouldn’t recommend.

This is what makes a great Forestersadvisor

Always very clear and passionate re the advice given. The long standing connection with a Forester's advisor who has good contextual awareness of client and family is a key reason for maintaining our products with the organisation. E.g. Provided my newly adult Daughter with a clear explanation of how ISA funds work and how they can benefit a young person in preparing for their future. Got them set up as independent saver in minutes. Also provides great support in relation to the added benefits of being a member of Foresters community e.g. the GO app which does encourage a positive mindset and enthusiasm for health and wellbeing in a network of like minded people.

No problem at all over the last few…

No problem at all over the last few years when they took over child fund but trying to withdraw funds on the my plan account just don’t work. ?
Don’t won’t to ring and talk about it just want money transferred.

Wouldn't trust them with a cash isa transfer again...

I have emailed in TWICE regarding my Cash ISA transfer and I have had no response. It has taken 20 days for them to action a cash ISA transfer with no communication/update from them. Tembo have been brilliant in keeping me up to date and answering all the queries I had. I found out from Tembo that the cheque had been sent to Peterborough and not London. WHY? Awful customer service no reply from emails no live chat. This has caused me an immense amount of stress and anxiety. Starting to think my funds will never land....
