Excellent service
Steve’s worked on a well used Heritage H-150 and a Schecter Omen 6 for me. His communication and speed are excellent, I had my guitars back and playing within days and was kept informed throughout the process. He did a really nice job fixing a ding under the third fret on the neck of the Heritage, and the rest of both guitars play beautifully now.
I can’t recommended Steve more highly.

You can tell that Steve legitimately loves and appreciates guitars.
Steve has serviced and repaired multiple guitars for me. Both acoustic and electric. I'm continually impressed with his eye for detail and his craftsmanship. You can tell that Steve legitimately loves and appreciates guitars. Personally, I think that's the reason he's so good at what he does.

A caring and professional repairer
Steve was such a caring and professional repairer. He took time to listen and understand the issues and then was very clear and honest throughout the repair process. I have a 50 year old Gibson bass that I'm very precious about and Steve was very kind with 'my baby'. Highly recommend!

Very pleased
After not playing guitar for 20 years, but getting the bug to play again I went to a local music shop's repair centre and was unhappy with the quality of service. Steve was recommended to me and I could not be happier. He is really chilled out and happy to answer all my questions and just talk guitars. My guitar is now playing buttery smooth. His prices were extremely fair and he went above and beyond, adding extra free bonus servicing above what was originally quoted when he found other issues with the guitar. Once completed he sent an email report fully detailing the work that he had done. This is old school customer service and I will be coming back.

Best Guitar Repair Company!
My experience was very quick and very easy, Steve is a very lovely person after I just needed a string to be replaced he adviced me on his guitar knowledge to also fix it up a little bit for a small fee. The interaction took less than 24hours and I’m happy to say I’m very impressed with the job that was done. Highly recommend Steve for any guitar repair for a quick well done job.
