They are a fraudulent company. Items are fake, money is never refunded.

The parts from the f1 calender are worth Max. 2dollar. It's trash!!!!

Total scam company/website - I ordered an advent calendar that when it arrived was squashed due to the flimsy packaging, but on top of that it was about half the size I was expecting.

I double checked the ad and right down in the small print were the dimensions of the item received, however above this was a photo of a person holding the item which was double the size - totally and deliberately misleading.

Also, the tracking number showed a route for the item working its way through the USA to me in Australia, but the label on the parcel was from China when it arrived!

Finally, when I checked their 'Terms of Service' from the bottom of my order confirmation - Section 3 Accuracy, Completeness and Timelines of Information states:

"We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current

So this is saying they can say whatever they want and it doesnt have to be accurate at all and they we take all the risk! WTF!

I've been scammed they took the money for a F1 advent calendar and it was NOT cheap. Scam ad, scam company.

I ordered an advent calendar as well. It was advertised on social media and I thought I’d give it a shot. I kept getting tracking information so I trusted that the item was on the way. It finally arrived but the calendar was for a sports team not the one I had ordered (Walking Dead). I reached out to support and they responded right away. They explained that to ship it back, it would be very expensive- they didn’t state how much though they just assured me it would be very expensive for me. They offered me a whole $4 refund and I keep the item. I explained to the person I was emailing that I have no need for the advent calendar and I paid $40. We continued to email back and forth - they offered me $7, then $11 and i continued to explain how unsatisfactory that solution is. I finally told them I was going to report their business. They are not listed on better business bureau so I am leaving a negative review here- do not do business with them! I doubt any of the items exist, and if they do- they are low quality.

Order dinosaur advent calender. It arrived after about a month. Had tracking from US but it seems to have come from China. Picture implied figurines. What came was crap quality packaging containing perspex printed pictures of dinosaurs with a bit of string. Utter useless not as expected and cost an insane amount. Not worth more than a fiver at best. Tried to arrange a refund...very quick and frequent responses however they are literally negotiating with me each email!!! Starting with a 2 dollar refund!!! This cost 53 dollars with shipping! Each time i am saying no, refund me they keep trying to put me off saying it will need to go to China and will cost u a lot how about we give u 4 dollars etc etc ive had about 10 back and forth emails now. Thankfully i paid with paypal as anticipated issues so im going to report and hopefully get money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Same as the others. I ordered an avent calendar. Tracking number. From US to Oxford and then... nothing. They say they have sent another one from China this time. Each time you email them it is an automatic reply saying the same: new parcel. Wait. And of course not possible to have a refung. Avoid this company!

Unfortunately I cant give a minus score! Ordered two advent calendars on 3rd September, had confirmation and tracking number then tracking just stopped. All the company keep saying is "wait" "give more time!" "Our uk partners haven't updated tracking". I doubt it will ever see the items and have contacted paypal. Absolute SCAM !

NEVER, NEVER buy from this place. I did not get what I ordered. they sent me something totally different than what they were advertising. The piggy bank was suppose to have a name shaped and it didn't it was cheap and sooooo small nothing like they said. 2 months passed and I hadn't received nothing so I called them to cancel my order because I had bought them for Christmas but Christmas came and left. They did not listen they sent me whatever they wanted never gave me a refund and never got back to me at all. They are SCAMMERS! they put stuff up to advertise and send you something totally different.

This company will steal your money and never send your item. They keep telling you there’s a new tracking number and it’s all lies. Do not buy anything from them.

DO NOT do business with this company! I wish I read the reviews before making a purchase. I never received the product I ordered. In my correspondence with the company they sent me 2 different tracking numbers. One states the product originated in Germany and the package was in Anchorage, Alaska. The other tracking number originated in China and the product was in Chicago— and that was over 6 weeks ago. The companies response was to show me a copy of the shipping label and that it was not their fault. They now claim what it was delivered. I placed my order in November and have been corresponding throughout the past 6 weeks, and they have been telling me to patient. NOW they claim that it was already delivered. This is a very shady company.

SCAM!! I ordered the kids pj’s in November 2024 for Christmas, never received these comfy pjs package. Terrible customer service, what a rip off!!

Purchased pjs for my grandchildren in October for Xmas. Never arrived. Kept telling me to check tracker, which is also a scam. No help with Customer Service or company of any kind. Wish id read reviews. Stupid. I hate it when a company says package has been delivered , when it has not!!

I ordered an item well over a month ago and never received confirmation. I have yet to receive the product and cannot get any answers. Do not order from here....it doesn't seem to be legitimate. Very disappointing.

I placed an order for pajamas, which included personalization. The order arrived without the personalization. Customer service asked for a pic which I sent, but they refused to resend the corrected order, offering low monetary compensation instead. .Do not order from this company.

I wanted to give zero stars but it wouldn't let me . I tried to cancel within an hour after ordering, after reading horrible reviews. They told me it was too
late . It was less than an hour after I ordered! Extra fees, TERRIBLE customer service . DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered pjs for my 2 grandchildren. They were 26.00 each. They charged me 15. in taxes. Addition to a separate 20.00 fee without my approval on my credit card not saying what it’s for. I’m assuming shipping. It’s insane. Fraudulent Don’t buy from this company.

The design of this puzzle is simply charming. The wooden bears are intricately carved and each piece fits perfectly into the other. A beautiful display of artistry, really brings nature into your living space. The family theme adds an intimate touch, makes it wonderful for family bonding time. Absolutely adore it!

I am very pleased with my purchase. But, I'm a bit disappointed with the delivery time. It took as long as 2 weeks for my order to reach. Hoping for a quicker shipment next time. The wait was worth it though as the product itself is top-notch.
