It's rare to get this kind of customer service these days!
It is very rare these days to even be able to talk to someone on the phone, let alone getting great customer service. Forever's customer service is absolutely the best I've seen! I purchased a new computer & had the A6 upgrade that needed transferring. Customer Service helped me getting everything setup. The ladies who have helped me when I phone are so friendly, polite, & so good at their job. I can't say enough good things about Forever!

An investment worth making
The website was easy to navigate to know which product was best for my needs. Tutorials were available to watch before purchase so I could understand the capabilities of the product and the free trial "sealed the deal". Although there is a time investment I love being able to consolidate decades of memories in one digital, shareable product

Garry Gilbert was knowledgeable and very helpful in telling me there is a way to use an old backup of Historian to get my pictures. My computer crashed several days prior and I wasn't able to get a current backup at that time.

It was very simple to build my photo…
It was very simple to build my photo book in Forever.com. I am pleased with the quality of the book delivered. The front blank page has already come half way off so I’m hoping none of the other pages lift out of the seam. Otherwise I absolutely enjoyed my experience building and receiving my finished product!
