I believe that FOREVER is a caring and invested company that wants to support all its users and customers in keeping their memories and stories as usable as possible.
The Artisan program has much to offer as a tool, however, I do wish there were some basic tagging/categories given to the artwork as I would rather spend my time creating over organizing the great digital artwork and spending more time then I care to for finding the correct artwork in my account.
I have been a member for close to 8 years and always hit a snag when I go to create something due to the artwork not being so easy to search. Maybe, a toggle switch could be developed for those who want to use basic categories provided by Forever vs the more experienced/long-term users who have their own categories and tags developed.

So far uploading is very slow from my phone and I noticed I do not have the ability to play my saved videos. For a $500 purchase, I do feel this upgrade should be included.
However, I have not spent enough time on it yet to feel out the entire experience yet. These are initial thoughts

Excellent quality and customer service
sent in a Forever Digitization Box filled with DVDs, CDs, audio cassettes, and old home movies. The entire process was incredibly smooth, and the turnaround time was much faster than I expected.
The quality of the digitized files is excellent — our family memories look and sound wonderful. I was so pleased with the experience that I immediately ordered another box to preserve even more memories.

My Calendar
My Calendar came quicker then I expected. I was surprised that the pages all had a white boarder. It does not bother me but it just have never been that way before so when I was creating pages I stayed farther from the boarder then I need to. Also I thing they should have wrapped it in the package with plastic as if the page had gotten damaged in the mail it would have messed up the pages.

Heads cutoff
Somehow ended up with lots of duplicates. I haven't checked to see if it was my fault. Out of 585 pix over SIXTY had heads cutoff. Top of heads are showing on my screens, so that is YOUR fault. I expect them to be reprinted at no expense to me. I will be calling in the next few days.
