User friendly for making books and photos.
What I like about Forever is that it is user-friendly. The tools are presented in a way that is usable even for non-techies. I had an older version for years and wanted something up-to-date, so tried other apps. I couldn't understand how to use them. So I am happily back with an updated Forever. My only problem is finding old projects. They must be in my computer but I can't locate them.

Forever responded in a timely manner. I was able to fix the issue with my Artisan myself so I no longer needed their help. I liked being able to make an appointment. It gave me a chance to be prepared and have my questions ready. Thank you!

I had only one project that was…
I had only one project that was disappointing. The layflat pages were askew and some didn't lay flat. I contacted support and supplied pictures. I was told that was the way the printing was supposed to appear. I didn't agree and felt dismissed. Otherwise I'm very satisfied!

It was delivered by Fed Ex and they left it at the end of the lane in the snow. The bottom inch of the package was wet. Fortunately you had the pictures protected well and it was ok. I would recommend you not sending your photos by Fed Ex. The pictures were great!

I can not brag enough about Forever and their staff! They are always beyond helpful each and every time. This last time I called I was away at a Scrapbooking event and ran into some problems.
