The bracelets are beautifully made, very neat. I wish the packaging had something that said what the gift was made of (e.g. leather and stainless steel).

SUPERB PRODUT & CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered gold cross and chain Monday and it arrived Tuesday. It’s beautiful I’m so pleased with this present for my husband. It arrived in a gift tin accompanied by a bag to store it in. All protected by a box and outer padded package.
After this superb customer service, I decided to order a bracelet but had to contact their customer service and I received a response within an hour.
You couldn’t ask for more.

Product good and service good, but the bracelet was so much smaller than description.
It was definitely not big enough for my son so didn't send it back but kept it for my teenage nephew ,
But definitely not big enough for average male who is a size med in most things
