Immediately when I call your employee and told him that I make a terrible mistake and than I lose amount of money, accidently, Harry your employee immediately try to help me. With his kind help and Understanding he scssesfuly manage to withdraw my membership and save me my money.

I tried to buy goods from TikTok shop and after paying £9.99 this company said I had been subscribed to them and had to make more payments and reorder. I had to contact my bank and cancel subscription which I definitely did not want. They have said they will refund money but only if I leave 4star review here on Trustpilot!! They even emailed what words I should say and not say.Tiktoc could not help because this scam company did not send me an order number.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

Hey there! I just wanted to share my experience with this website/company. I clicked on a McDonald's ad offering a family meal for 2CHF, thinking it was a special deal for Switzerland's birthday. I placed my order from a nearby McDonald's and paid with my card. However, I later discovered that instead of a confirmation from McDonald's, I received an email from the website stating that I had been enrolled in their membership and had agreed to their terms. When I tried to cancel the membership and delete my account, I was charged for cancellation and couldn't delete the account. Has anyone successfully deleted their account? If so, please share your experience by writing a review. Thanks!

This is a scam company beware
They pretend to be another company for me it was Chicco and said I had won a mommy box and just had to pay £3 delivery - if you authorise it they will then start a subscription with forhairloves.com and charge you every 2 weeks - reported to my bank

They apologised for the misunderstanding. Very courteous.

We took some times but the refund was eventually sorted.

Revised opinion following communication and their taking necessary steps to address my concerns, I have much better feeling about future dealings with Forhairloves.

Good customer support

So basically you create an account, then you order your products, you pay and you get your products. Then 2 to 3 weeks later you check your bank statement (that's only if you check) and you see that they debited the exact same amount without your autorisation. Then you contact them via their live chat (remember they're a Cypriot company) and they tell you that : while you created you account, you automatically agreed for them to take the same amount of money which they will grant as a credit on your account ! So for so long that your account is live with them you will keep on paying ! It's another way to steel from people and I have now reported them

I am a 76 year old lady and upon ordering something on line, I mistakenly entered into a subscription with this company which I didn’t want.
Upon contacting the Company, they have been so kind and understanding of my mistake and have now resolved the situation.
If I was in a position to be able to deal with this Company, I would certainly do so.
I get baffled and confused about technology, so thank you for your help
