Love the product. Gets the job done

I purchased Formaloo from appsumo with their lifetime deal.

I had been on the lookout for a good forms service for a long time with a good UI and advanced features. (Google forms proved to be insufficient).

The UI is definately quite slick and snappy. It supports many types of form fields and can accomadate certain logics of Hiding and Showing a field. One of the main missing features is conditional email notifications and email notifications to multiple id's on form submission which are shown as coming soon in their roadmap.

Their roadmap definately shows exciting features which will quickly bring the service at par with industry leaders. The value for money right now is phenomenal. I would recommend jumping at this opportunity immediately.

At face value this looks like another forms app; but when I started using it, I was surprised that this is more than just a forms apps. This is a mini database app! There's a bit of a learning curve with a steep mastery curve, but it's worth it to know how to use this. Support is amazing, and product development pace is fantastic.

- Connecting with Teams and creating forms is easy. We can Customize the apps, Utilise for limitless possibilities and beautify the views.

- Enhancements can be done in terms of 'Unique ID' to the opted form element for filtering the duplicates, even more 'Logicals' for dealing with complex operations, UI stabilization aspects, etc.

Great substitute for Typeform. Much easier to work with and to a fraction of the price. This is a winner!

I love the “view responses” features. It makes it so much easier to analyze the data from the forms. You can also send the link to your costumers if you use Formaloo as an agency service. There are some things that could be improved, but I'm sure they're working on it. The potential that Formaloo has is huge. I'm from Germany, so i'm excited to see more options for language settings in the future.

Formaloo is an incredible tool that enables me to collect user data as well as design graded quizzes for my clients. The ready templates have saved me a significant amount of time when designing quizzes.

We use Formaloo for our lead gen sites and its really helpful to collect responses and surveys to serve our clients better. The integrated third party applications in Formaloo makes our takes easy to roll information from Formaloo to our third apps like email marketing autoresponder and Whatsapp using Pabbly API. I love using them on my WP sites. Their Conditional logic feature is so great and makes things super easy for us to get any dead leads.

Before I purchased Formaloo (and got some of my clients to also), I was struggling to find an affordable surveying tool with simple navigation that could also provide the features I needed. It was so frustrating building out a a large questionnaire to get to the end and realise that it was going to cost £66 a month, or that embedding it looked terrible on my websites popup, along with other things. With Formaloo, I now have an easy to use too to ticks pretty much all the boxes. The team are so nice to chat with and are always happy to help if I have any questions. It's also great to see that their roadmap is lead by us, their community! (I'm rooting for progressive forms atm, go upvote it 😉). The styling is really easy too as is the integrations that I need such as Mailerlite. I realised this was for me )and some of my clients) when I tested the product out on a trial and it took me 35 mins to set up what took me 2 days in TypeForm. It was a no brainer after this! Since I've started using it, presenting data to clients is so so easy, and I've replaced most for the forms for capturing leads on my site with Formaloo! I honestly love it!

Formaloo is the best tool for companies that need to collaborate on big projects. It's easy to use and intuitive to create any type of forms and collecting data. If you are looking for a way to streamline your workflow, this is it!

I am a big proponent of Formaloo as it is a great tool for data management. I use Formaloo to help me collect, organize and visualize my data in a way that I find useful. While I haven't used all of the features yet, the ones that I have used have been smooth and easy to use. The build-in features of Formaloo allow me to save time and effort when it comes to data management.
It is great because it gives me the ability to create a variety of different types of reports, views, and other types of data. It is easy to use and has a simple interface. I am able to create a variety of different views and reports on different types of data. This is a must-have for any company that needs a set of tools that are easy to use.

Formaloo has a little bit of a learning curve but the support has been very willing to help and very responsive. I'm super happy to have purchased this form program!

This is one of the very best softwares I have used. Everything needed for forms have been included, and the white-labeled forms and custom domain options really stand out.
Adding logic and viewing responses is a breeze.
I do hope they add support for RTL languages and tighten up their integrations support a bit more.

The customer service is expectational, always helpful and polite!

Great and affordable forms! It has lots of ways to integrate with other apps and have some advanced features not easily found elsewhere.
There are a few things in UI that could improve, but they are getting better and adding features at a rapid pace.

This product is a great deal to replace typeform or google form. You can add your custom domain so it's amazing !

This tools is so amazing with all its power to automate many parts of our business processes. Among all the things I'm doing at the moment, I'd like to share one of my use case that may be beneficial to the community:

I've built a simple form to collect answers from users who buys my online course to understand where they were coming from so I can analyse what ad for what channel is working better. I've set up a simple "where did you hear about us" questions with all platforms I'm marketing on, and I've embedded the code as a little widget on my thank you page.

The built in templates are also very handy and the overall set-up of forms is simple to use. Highly recommended tool!

I have been looking for a form builder that I can easily use for my clients. Formaloo allows me to change access for each form. I can create and they can edit and customize the way they want. Some other great features:
-They have a lot of great ready made templates
- Forms can be shared from a link or embedded
- Basic logic and branching
- Easy to use interface

What I would like to see is:
- More advanced logic
- More notification options (like multiple recipients)
- Chat like form format

I wanted a tool to create dynamic forms which could double up as an app for all kinds of calculators. I came across and explored few tools but for me formaloo captured my imagination. While exploring, first couple of days were frustrating because formaloo has lots of advanced features (including beautiful looking form css) than others but it lacked the few basic features like formulas and variables which were crucial for my project. Out of that frustration I contacted their support and oh man that was the best thing I could have done. They have extremely responsive and helpful support. (I asked tons of questions and even felt embarrassed asking so many! But they were always ready to help me out) They are also receptive to the feedback and requests of the users. And assured me that the features I was looking for are indeed on their roadmap and they are actively working on them.
Then the decision became quite simple, none of the tools are perfect when they start but whats important is the support they offer when they start. With the reach roadmap they have I am happy to be patient to see this tool grow and achieve the potential I see. 5 (cause 10 is not an option) stars for sure.

Formallo is easy and powerful. We can create a form in a few minutes... There are many templates that can help and guide us.

I just bought Formaloo a few days ago and see so much promise in it for our work with street children in Tanzania (amanikids.org). This is an excellent tool for including everyone who works with street children and soliciting their feedback and knowledge.

And the logic architecture that allows you to create a "chatbot"-like experience, with sophisticated logics that move you from one form page to another based on your choices on page 1, is great.

Also, assistance appears to be quick - I had one inquiry and had an answer within 5 minutes.
