Overall satisfied but online formation could be improved
Overall satisfied and I will continue to use FD but the navigation on adding officers/shareholders culd be better and online formation where clarification on choices between types of bespoke Mem & Arts, on the advanced option, requires phoning in to get advice also could be improved - online should be clear enough without using the call centre

my view of FD
all in all thought the service was great , minor hiccup that was not FD's fault could have been sorted quicker by phone rather than E mails, would like to give them 4.5 , and would recommend them to anyone wanting to set up . Great value for money.
