I love Formidable Forms! You can easily make so many different kinds of forms. They also have super fast customer service which is important if you have a problem. I have been using it for years and had my first problem today and they got back to me with a fix very quickly.

I have been using Formidable Forms for about 7 years now and it's my main choice when it comes to custom forms. It's pretty easy to use and the reporting tools give you everything you need to analyze and store the submissions.

The positive is that new features and form types are added, there are pretty unique forms, like the new calendar or the stepped form that allow you to have a wizard-like form.

Pretty satisfied with it. The price is a little high, but there's no better alternative at the moment.

The customer support is fantastic. Quick responses and the staff really listen to your feedback and proactively offer solutions.
