I contacted formyhobbies for a refund they told me that it would take 5-7 days. Since then I have not received anything nor heard from them.
Can someone help me?

I've made a purchase but did not fully understand what to expect or what to do with the purchase because i did not even fully understand what the product was supposed to be. So i've claimed a refund for my purchases and was promptly helped out that my refund will arrive in 5 to 7 days. The team work of formyhobbies was really generous and kind with my refund, but I think formyhobbies must bring and expose their products to more visibility.

Kindly refund all the transactions made on my account. So we can be done with it.

Scam. Don’t do it even if you unselect the tiny membership box before checkout they’ll try to steal your money by saying you signed up for « VIP membership » and will take €59 out of your account every two weeks. If you try to contact them they dodge your questions and send you random unrelated emails. I originally emailed support as I didn’t receive a confirmation email after paying for and ordering a product. They never even acknowledged my order and said my membership would be renewed in a few days (I purposely de-selected the tiny box to sign up for a membership at checkout) and when I emailed about that they said if I wanted to cancel my « membership » and receive a refund (definitely an automated email) I had to write a good review on here as they were making a « special exception » for me. That’s why there are fake positive reviews here and they asked me to mention « Diamond » helped me and not mention anything about a refund or cancelling a membership or anything.
Total scam. Please save yourself the trouble.

Subscribed without realizing. As a pensioner I can't afford the subscription. Thankfully they are kindly promising to refund me. Thank you Kurt!

Discovered money had been taken from my account. Had never heard of company before and certainly had not bought anything or signed up to them. Every two weeks money was taken along with a charge for exchange rate transactions. On contacting them all they wanted was my e mail address which I didn’t give. Refused to give me their contact details. Horrible experience.

The escalation team provided such great assistance. i just hope my problem will be resolved sooner. thankyou. please process it sooner

Fast easy communication

Two amounts were taken out of my bank account for membership I had not applied for. I was very pleased to hear from Emerald the Escaltion Manager. She showed a genuine interest and thoughtfullness towards my case and I was very grateful for how she solved it.

This company does not deliver what you bought and steals from you. Do not buy from them!!!
