I can't say I am happy with this whole back and forth issues on deductions from my account when I have not made any transaction, however I can say your agents are swift in attending to issues of high demand,Andy has done a good job off helping me with a refund when a transaction has not been initiated but deduction has been made because my account was suppose to be cancelled initially
