I didn't know I had signed up to a membership with this company. I contacted them straight away and they really efficiently dealt with my complaint and assured me everything was cancelled and I would receive a refund which I hope they will follow through with!! So although initially it was a bad start, their communication has been 5* !! These things happen!

I saw an advertisement on Facebook knowing it will lead me to Shein so I registered on February 25 which cost me 120 Philippine peso. I cancelled it right away when I noticed it's not from Shein. I don't mind the 120 pesos since it's just a little amount. I also knew there's a grace period for the cancellation to take effect. 2 days after, I checked my bank account and noticed there's discrepancy on my credit. I checked my email once again there I found out that you automatically charged me for top up. Silly me I don't really know there's a skip button and I admit that was my mistake. Yet i don't understand why it still charges me when i already cancelled my membership. Well I don't need a refund anymore. I already make use of my credit since I've been reaching out to some of your customer support but they were not able to help me. Thank you so much Ann from escalation team for reaching out.
