I cancelled my membership, I was asked to wait 14 days and still got charged after that.
They have automated emails that dont address the issue.

They take twice charge and half of refund.. That's it.. First charge i said cancel my membership, , but the following month .. The will take another charge even they didn't refund me yet. I didn't recieved any full refund yet..
