I have ordered in January and still I did not get my bag, nor a feedback from customer service; not to mention a refund of my money. The company appears to be a fraudulent enterprise. I have written to the relevant authorities but have received no response yet. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT order anything.

My bag order never received, emails not answered. Wish I'd seen this review site before buying. Essentially fraud. Hope authorities will get on them.

I ordered 3 UV-C sterilizing wands (kills corono bacteria) for $149 (regularly $69 each). They arrived rather quickly considering the Pandemic stay-at-home request. I was disappointed to discover they were very small and looked rather cheap. For $50 each, I expected a lot more of this item. They do meet the W.H.O. "nm" requirement but I feel this company is taking advantage of the Pandemic situation by charging 2-3x what I think this item is worth. There return policy clearly states that shipment costs are to be paid by the consumer and they will not budge. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM FROM ANY VENDOR. (did find it online at Walmart for $20 but shipments were delayed 30 days).

I too would rather give them no stars. I wish I had read these reviews. I will never order anything from an Instagram or Facebook ad again, lesson learned. They won't answer my emails and took my money at the end of March for a duffel bag. I will contact my CC and see if they will get me a refund. Happy to join with anyone in a suit against these scammers.

Total scam: complete rip off. Absolute scum bags. The ads shouldn't be allowed to run on Facebook but the do. I reached out to Facebook: crickets. Stay away from them. It's a fraudulent company.

Terrible experience but also sort of funny and ridiculous. I paid $12+ for a watch that was a piece of junk and arrived broken. They said they would replace it if I sent a video of the watch, yes a video, showing it wasn't working?! I humored them, they dragged out replies to emails so that an email chain with them that I started in January 2020 has not yet been resolved as of May 2020. Glad I only got scammed for $12 but these people should really be stopped and held to account for ripping people off.

Actually, I would rate them 0. I ordered my bags in December and never got my bags in spite of them saying that they would be shipped in 2 weeks... They respond very slowly to e-mails and do not follow through.

Scumbags. Shipped me a damaged bag and they treated me like I'm a criminal. It's MY responsibility to take photos and get approval to have the honor to ship it to their private house in rural Pennsylvania AT MY EXPENSE.

This is a couple who wait for your order, then place an order at alibaba for a fraction of what you pay, then have it shipped to you. You can order from alibaba yourself! The pics of the guy on their ads are of their son in their backyard.

This company is a scam run by scumbags.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE? I received 2 bags I ordered Oct 2020, but then ordered 2 more in December as a gift. Just like everyone else - NOTHING - just emails saying 'please wait a few more days' and 'we are reprocessing your order'

If I could give a -1 star I would! Ordered a "beautiful" Navy duffel bag December 17, 2019 knowing I would not receive it by Christmas. Numerous months have passed with no bag, no refund, no responses to my many polite, and not so polite, requests for explanation! Madder than hell over such an absolutely horrendous experience! Buyer Beware!

Same as everyone else. Ordered a bag in December and to date have received nothing. Their phone number has no voice mail, their text messages are no help, their emails are a joke. They did tell me about 3 weeks ago that my shipment was lost by the shipper. That's interesting because they never informed me it had been shipped.

Now the good news. I contacted my credit card company and they have given me provisional credit while they investigate the matter. So don't feel that your credit card won't help.

These people do not send you the bag you paid for and they cannot be reached.
They outsource their customer service and those people just keep repeating the same thing.

Complete scam. Placed an order of 3 items in 12/2019, *just* received 2 out 3 (today is April 12, 2020). Still waiting on the final item. Their "customer service" is a joke. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Looks like I was scammed just like the other people complaining about this so called company. Looks like I have waited to long to have my cc company reverse the charges. I ordered early December 2019 from an ad on Facebook. All I have gotten from these people is false promises to deliver, pleads to be patient and when I demanded a refund based on their refund policy, all I get now are crickets... I purchased 2 duffel bags for just under $140. Too small of an amount to hire a lawyer and sue, plus they have disguised themselves so well that I cant even determine where I would sue if it was worth it. It's a write off unfortunately but the lesson I have learned is to BUY NOTHING ON FACEBOOK. This is the second scam I fell for on FB.

Warning. Be ware!! Everyone. This company takes your money and does not send out the product. Nor do they refund the money once they get it after numerous emails to them . I ordered a duffle bag. The one that shows on sale for 64.99. Back in. Dec 2019. They sent me emails they havd not sent it out yet but it would be coming. This went on for the month of dec, jan and feb. And finally into march and now april. I still dont have it. And they will not refund me my money. There are internet and intra state laws that come with heavy fines and criminal charges that come with doing this.
DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. !! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SEND THE PRODUCT OUT!!

The Worst: I ordered two items December 11,th 2019. Received the top which was damaged and never received the Duffel bag. I started writing in January, the customer service had me send a picture of the items i ordered. What? I responded back saying not to worry about damaged item, I could fix it but I wanted a refund for the bag I never received. Took a long time for them to respond to that. Then got a message like some of you saying it was due to massive orders. Wrote back saying that was fine didn't need the bag anymore please send refund. Wrote 4 more times. Still waiting. Someone official needs to investigate this company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! Would not have given them 1 star if the rating system would allow for minus stars. They have made me leary of ordering from any foreign company.

Scumbags....I ordered a couple bags as well and feel duped. I asked for return and issued complaint BBB and CC company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM....

The worst. Ordered a bag Dec 26, got a tracking number Jan 2. On Feb 2, FedEx was still "pending". (Item had not arrived to be shipped). Asked FTM what was going on, they replied a few days later that "huge demand was delaying shipping". Asked for a refund, was told I had to wait 90 days "per their policy". Had to get PayPal involved, they refunded my money. I still get occasional robo-emails insisting that the item is still coming and that they will give me 10% off my next purchase. Was even asked to write a review. I wrote one about my experience and it never appeared. In fact, only five star reviews appear on the website.
I really like helping small startup companies. This one really put a bad taste in my mouth.

i wish i had read all these comments before now. i ordered a bag Jan. 5 and then i entered into a 3 month struggle with them since i never received the item and they rarely reply. I asked repeatedly to cancel my order. i was about to call my credit card company when yesterday my item arrived! I want to return it and know they will take forever to reply to me...i will return it and have no confidence in getting a return so i'm still going to call credit card company

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, IT IS A SCAM!!! Ordered a bag on 12-28-2019, now it says they have no order with my number! Will not contact me on the order. SCAM!!!! SCAM!!!!
