They did eventually ship the bag

They did eventually ship the bag, but ignored all my communications and requests for refunds in the months leading up to that. My Credit card company actually issued me a refund before I received the bag.
And btw, vegan leather is fake leather. It looks OK but won't wear well.

Never Received Bag after two months.

Never received my order, after a month i emailed the company it took three weeks to get a reply. I messaged them on Facebook, replied with a fake tracking link that never moved. had to file a fraud complaint with my bank and got my money back. I have no idea how they are in business.

The WORST

The WORST. They sell defective merchandise and have no customer service. I paid $10 for a piece of junk metal that was supposed to be a simple laser pointer. What a scam.

“For the Minimalist” is a Misnomer

Ordered two dog beds before Christmas. Never arrived. Asked for refund. No response. Asked for refund again. Again no response. Bought dog beds elsewhere. Ask for refund. No response. Dog beds arrived 3 months after ordered. Ask for refund because I already have dog beds. Won’t give refund because product delivered.

So explain why ordering from “For the Minimalist” lands me with twice as many dog beds as I need. :/

Like everyone else

Unfortunately, you can't rate them with a ZERO. Like everyone else, we ordered 2 bags in December, and as of today - nothing has been received. I have messaged them repeatedly, and saved EVERY message sent and received through their website, Facebook and elsewhere. We filed through our credit card company for a refund, and as of now, they have issued us a credit unless the company can provide them with a real tracking number. My messages indicating false tracking numbers have helped tremendously. We also filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and with the Pennsylvania Attorney General's office. The Attorney General's office has been more than helpful and has launched an investigation. FILE A REPORT with them! Then, go back and talk to your credit card company again. For the Minimalist is now asking us to drop the complaint with the credit card company so they don't have to pay the charge back fee. DO NOT DO THIS! You didn't get your bags from them and you will NOT get your money from them either. Let the credit card company refund you. For the Minimalist keeps messaging asking us to give them more time. Nope. No more time. No more excuses. Also, be sure to report them to Facebook and hope they get removed.

WELP- THEY SUCK

WELP, reading all of the reviews, I am in the same NON EXISTENT bag I ordered as everyone else. I hope KARMA comes from these piece of crap people who take money and never send product. I suppose this must be China or something. FACEBOOK needs to take them OFF before other people buy from them. HEY "FOR THE MINIMALIST", God don't like ugly and KARMA will come for you.

Same as everyone else. Do not order bags from this company. Complete scan, twice they have said the bag is on its way. I have nothing to show for my money. Zero. Minimal customer service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!

I ordered a mens jacket on Nov 18, to be a Christmas gift for my husband. Shipping time was estimated to be 10-20 days.
78 days after the initial order, we received a package. We ordered a jacket, but received a sweater. Not what we ordered at all, and even then, the zipper and the pockets were sewn shut.
Customer service was non-existent.
This is a scam.

This company is running a scam

This company is running a scam. I ordered the product at the end of December. They immediately charged my credit card but never shipped the product. My inquires about the order status went unanswered until I canceled the order and filed a dispute with my credit card company. One week later the Minimalist emailed me with some BS about overwhelming demand and they were looking for new suppliers.

They told my credit card company that I had received the merchandise. But the order tracking on the Minimalist web site says to order is still pending shipment.

To top it off, they recently sent me an email in broken English asking me to withdraw the dispute.

I received the item

I don’t usually write a review but I actually got the item and it is a different experience from most people are saying so I’ve decided to write the review.
After I purchased, I found this website and I thought I was deceived like everybody said, and also I couldn’t find my tracking number. So I gave up to get the item, but the item finally came to me. I don’t know why most people here haven’t gotten items. It took about a month to come though. However, the quality of the item is acutely not as good as I thought and it seems like doesn’t deserve about $250 item but I think I’ll use it anyway.
Hope everybody can get items.

Just don’t.

They claimed bags were going out of production, only a few were left. Just before the holidays. I received nothing. I tried to get a refund. No reply. I called my credit card. The ftminimalist company claimed the merchandise had been shipped and provided MasterCard with a false shipping number.
Three months later I have no bags and no credit.
Today I receive a note from the company saying that the merchandise is held up due to high demand. After telling MasterCard it had been shipped.
They are incompetent, dishonest, and they are scammers. Go elsewhere with your business.

DO NOT order from this company

DO NOT order from this company! I ordered a duffel and toiletries bag months ago. After waiting forever I received only the toiletry bag. When I emailed the company, no response after a month +! Don't waste your time. Shop elsewhere!

Same experience as the rest. Ordered Dec 290, 2019 Have not received any "real" tracking information. I emailed the company multiple times and nothing. I opened a dispute with PayPal, nothing as of yet. Do not do Business with this company.

Same thing

Same thing. They charged my credit card 7 weeks ago. Never sent a confirmation email nor a tracking email and they haven't responded to multiple emails to different addresses they say are their 24/7 outstanding customer support. I've disputed the $64.99 transaction with my credit card company and they have already credited it back.

Feels like another scam company running Instagram and Facebook ads.

Don’t Waste your time or $$$$$

Most of my experiences with online shopping are positive. This experience is the exception. If I could give zero stars I would. Service response to emails have been incredibly slow to nonexistent. When they respond they use vague language “you will have your bag Very soon.” I contacted them to ask for a refund and haven’t heard back in 5 days. I have asked PayPal to intervene.

Warning

Warning. Do not order anything from this company. I ordered a bag 8 weeks ago and it never arrived. Tracking system is a joke. Awful customer service. I too have contacted the PA attorney general.

Scam company

Scam company. No product with a bogus tracking number. They advertise heavily on Facebook still and delete all of their negative messages.
