Update VI 20260512: Still no response via email or on here. Fourth rate! Update V 20260511: Refund finally credited. But still no direct contact to resolve subscription and other issues. Not even an anodyne reply on here. Yet others that have posted later have received their generic responses! Update IV 20260508: Still no contact to resolve issues; refund of unauthorised card debit on 20260504 still not showing although it was claimed to have been processed. Update III 20260507: just as I uploaded Update II they processed my refund. And they have passed my details to the Customer Care Manager to get in touch. Will they do so before Update IV? Update II 20260507: Still no response from Forthglade on here. Still no refund for unauthorised payment taken without my permission. Still waiting for a senior manager to contact me. This company’s efficiency has been on a steady decline since private equity stepped in. You need to review your systems and procedures. We all like the product, and you are generally polite, i am sure you are all lovely….but double frustrating as Forthglade. Update I 20250506: Two business days since I requested a senior manager to call me. I have received an email that does not address my issues. Frustrating! Original post 20150505: Excellent products but poor customer service, especially subscriptions that are badly managed. And when things go wrong, no one responds to contact requests. Better to pay more from supermarkets than wasting your time trying to get them to respond to queries and resolve issues.

The product was damaged on arrival
The product was damaged on arrival. The outer box was untouched and intact. But the inner box was opened and one of the pouches was open with food coming out. But a great response from Forthglade.

Delivery is extremely slow
Delivery is extremely slow. I placed my order on 24 April, and although Forthglade emailed to say the parcel had been passed to Evri, the tracking still shows that Evri is waiting to receive it more than a week later. I requested an update from Forthglade but haven’t received any response.

I love these products and I am impressed with the companies professional approach.
One issue this month however, my dry food bags came with my 5 week order but I had changed the dry food to 7 weekly. Not too concerned as it will keep but do not want to stockpile!!

My dog loves the Cold pressed Duck Food and I'm very happy with the list of ingredients. He eats it all and for a small dog , 2kg bag on subscription each month is ideal and it's great the subscription can be flexible should I need to adjust it.

Good range of treats with various benefits (digestion, joints, calming and breath mainly). My dog absolutely loves them so a subscription was the logical option. Easy to manage and amend or skip orders if you get ‘overstocked’!
