Although the tests are quick and fairly thorough, Forth is so AI run that you won't ever get decent customer service. Had issues with blood flow for a sample and the only advice they gave was repeating the exact wording from the leaflet. When they messed up for my partner, it took him a lot of effort to get a reply that wasn't AI.
Forth then sent me a request for a survey, offering a £25 voucher for completing it. My partner still wants to use their tests so I did the survey. I am yet to receive the voucher and my messages to customer service have gone unanswered.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, Lucy in particular was very helpful when I messed up my home blood test, she responded very quickly, giving me full advice, options for other test procedures and follow up help. I will now be using the phlebotomy kit at a clinic as the advanced thyroid test kit does require quite a lot of blood. I can't review the test itself yet but would recommend this company for it's customer service.

Test arrived promptly
Test arrived promptly, easy to follow instructions. Posted sample back to Forth on a Monday and received the results on the Tuesday evening. The dashboard is easy to read and along with the results there's lots of information to help you understand what they mean. Definitely recommend.

Service not in line with the consumer act
I had repeated error messages when ordering a test and the basket kept emptying with the result that I ended up losing my selection of a thyroid test and being billed for the wrong selection with one of the add ons being made the main order. There was no confirmation of the test and add ons ordered in the email sent and the website was not displaying the order page. Very stressful. I was unwell and vulnerable at the time unable to walk with a foot injury and couldn't get to the GP for my thyroid test so paid for a home nurse, who was not able to verify the test I ordered (I did ask her and she just confirmed it was a thyroid test, which it was not!) and she did not post the blood back in time so one of the markers was missing. I asked for a part refund, which was reasonable in the circumstances as I did not receive the main thyroid test I wanted, only the add on tests, of half price. They offered 10% off my next order and sent me a vitamin D in the post with no nurse appointment to draw blood. I would never use them again. According to the consumer act the company should be clear about their service, which they are not due to the lack of email confirmation, access to the order page of the website, and the nurse giving the wrong information (she told me it was a thyroid test but the thyroid test was not included or I would have refused to give blood). I am a pensioner and ill afford to lose the considerable amount of money taken for a test I would never have paid out for and only selected as a low cost add on. I have a long history of thyroid testing with the company so they were well aware of my needs but no one reached out to check until I complained.

You need to budget for a professional blood draw as well, it's misleading to suggest your likely to fill a tube from a pin prick. I've tried twice no chance.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service, no way of contacting them other that email but they take days to respond. Several emails later and still no answer to where blood results are . Slow communication and very little customer support.
Would I use again ? No

Excellent Bespoke Testing Service
My go to for bespoke blood tests. I don't need a doctors report, but I like the option to fine tune your level of support should you require it. The speed of results is second to none, and the tests are straight forward to perform at home and a simple process to return. I forgot to activate a test once and while I certainly won't be repeating that oversight (it required unnecessary effort on both sides!) Customer service were faultless in their handling of my self created problem and I'm so grateful for their help! I have no problem recommending Forth to anyone, and have to many people I know already!

I purchased a testosterone blood test…
I purchased a testosterone blood test with a few add ons like vit d levels. I had to get my blood drawn which has a cost. The results came back quickly with a 1 word response. Normal. I contacted forth support to ask what the breakdown of my testosterone was and the response was they only check overall testosterone which I found shocking for a company advertising as specialist. Any testosterone investigation needs to know what a person's free testosterone is to decide if your testosterone is normal. I was told free testosterone is another test id need to purchase. Not only should this be made clear to paying customers but to actually test one and tell someone with a 1 word comment its normal is actually negligible in my eyes. Not a lot of men would even know they need to know their free testosterone. It's now been a couple of weeks and I'm still waiting on the customer support speaking to a colleague. I won't be using this company again and I suggest anyone wanting their testosterone tested read the small print and use a different company. Edit. After reading the reply by forth to my review I went back onto the site to see if I missed something when I personalised my test. I did NOT. Free testosterone does not come up. But that is not my main issue. My issue is forth sold me a testosterone test that they claim gives you results on all the usual male hormonal issues. Impossible and its miss selling without checking free testosterone. Most people do not know this and maybe happy their test is good yet they may be have defunct free testosterone. This is not only miss selling its dangerous. The imformation I'm stating should be made very clear so people understand overall testosterone doesn't tell them anything.

Don’t use them. Very bad experience.
They took my money readily enough but although I booked my blood to be taken via the link they gave me and Superdrug health centre did a great job in professionally taking my blood. I was disappointed when a few days later I had a text from Forth telling me they had received my sample but would not proceed to have the testing done. So why did I take the trouble to get my blood drawn if Forth decline to have the testing done with no explanation. Don’t wast your time and money. Get your medical and sports blood testing done elsewhere. I will be giving this feed back to all the athletes in my connections. There are much better services out there who will deal honestly with you. My experience with Forth has been very bad. Don’t use them.

Easily understood process, efficient operation
I was very impressed with the overall performance of Forth. The instructions to take the blood sample were very clear and the whole process was easy to follow. The website for registration of my account was also very efficient and uncomplicated. And the result came through very quickly; the analysis of the bloods was also expressed in an easily understood manner.

3 weeks still no test result, lengthy reply
My blood sample has been delivered 3 weeks ago and I still haven’t received my results. There’s no way to call them, only to send emails and I need to wait 2, 3 days for a reply. I’m really disappointed and I expected a better service since the test is not cheap. I wouldn’t purchase again from them. Still waiting for the email I sent on Wednesday to be replied!

Long wait and not much communication
Sadly, I won’t be leaving a positive review. I’m still waiting for results that were promised last week, and only one of my emails has received a response while the others have gone unanswered.
Given the cost of the service, this has been disappointing and feels quite let down. I had expected a more timely and responsive experience, particularly as NHS results can often come back more quickly.
I would appreciate an update as soon as possible.
