I'm a Chiropractor and processing payments has always been a headache. Margaret Rosloniec was very helpful to get my systems set up so I don't have much to stress over anymore. Great company, great service.

We have been with Fortis for 10 years…

We have been with Fortis for 10 years and they have taken great care of us. Kristin Terry has helped us a ton! If issues ever come up they are very quick to respond. I highly recommend them!

Where do I start

Where do I start? Sales person boasted how great their service was. Received the equipment and it didn't work. Spent several hours on the phone over a few phone calls helping them troubleshoot their equipment. Several calls later I am on the phone again to discontinue service( which I never was able to use) and get a refund for the equipment that never worked. Overall not what I was expecting. Never processed a single customer transaction. Over a month of wasted time. Would not recommend

You guys got it right

You guys got it right. Fortis should be the model by which many companies operate. In this high-tech world that we live in, you need people that are tech savvy and also aware that everyone is not. Hartley Gedeon is one of those people. Through many program breakdowns,and time consuming events,this guy hung in there with me. He maintained his character and displayed the integrity of the company, the Fortis Way. I’m highly impressed. He’s an asset to your company. We are a fast paced busy chiropractic…

We are a fast paced busy chiropractic office. We switched to Fortis 7 months ago from Global Payments for what we were told would be streamlined service and more affordable. Fortis is more affordable then GP, but the integration with CT has been with challanges. Our doctors comange care and the payments do not automatically go to the DOS provider, which is huge set back when you're tracking payments for 1000 patients a week. Finding a way to integrate payments between Fortis and CT would be so beneficial. I have had to replace one of our card readers twice, the first one came unusable. The card readers do not make a beep noise to signal declined or approved payment which we have found our patients have voiced they would like that to be an option. From working with both GP and Fortis, I would say so far the only benefit for our office has been financially.

Highly Recommend

My experience with Fortis has been fantastic. They integrate really well with my Chiropractic EHR (ChiroHD) and streamline a lot of processes for me. Margaret Rosloniec was incredibly helpful with my onboarding. I would highly recommend Fortis.

Fortis and Margaret are a great Team

Align33 Chiropractic has been a customer of Fortis for nearly 6 months and it has been a great experience. Margaret Rosloniec was fabulous to work with she is very responsive, proactive and made the transition from our previous payment processor seamless. The integration with our EHR works beautifully.

I have been using Fortis Pay for over 10 years. It links up to my EHR system which reduces my accounting time. Customer service has been very good if I ever do need anything. Communication, service, and product are top notch.

We are a Chiropractor with 3 offices in the Ocala/Villages area. Fortis has been the best system we have used in all my 15 years of tenure with these businesses. System is easy to use and integrated perfectly with our CT software. Margaret Rosloniec is our Rep and helped us through the entire process. Margaret Rosloniec is always responsive to our needs.

18 years as a billing manager

I have worked at a chiropractic clinic for 18 years, and we have used Fortis for almost 16 years. Fortis and Margaret Rosloniec has been amazing in simplifying payments and deliver a seamless, hassle-free experience for our office. I am a Chiropractor in Pensacola

I am a Chiropractor in Pensacola, FL. Fortis has been nothing but a blessing for my business. It integrates great with my Chirotouch software. Margaret Rosloniec was the one who sold me and got me set up. She was incredibly helpful and very attentive with answering all of my questions. For those using Chirotouch dont let the fact that to run a payment it leads you to website and doesnt happen internally via chirotouch turn you away. The import process is literally one click and posts directly to the ledger. The website is effortless with managing account vaults, recurring payments, splitting payments and sending pay links. Last but not least Fortis is very affordable, literally 1/4 the cost of Global Payments that I was sold on because it was used completely within Chirotouch. Have not had a single negative event or bad thing to say about Fortis after becoming a member in July 2024. Great company.
