Our Tech, Jessie, was exceptional during the install. He was very knowledgable and made some excellent recommendations on what to install where. The process went smoothly and Jessie was also very thorough on every detail of the install, no matter how small. Afterward, he went through how to operate the system and I feel comfortable managing it - I appreciate the time he took to build and demonstrate the system as well.

Overall, the technology and monitoring seem solid so far, the install process exceeded my expectations.

The quoting and installation process were very easy and hassle free. We had our system set up today 3/9/19, so far so good. The system was functioned tested, cameras were setup to specification, and mobile app configured for optimal user accessibility. We highly recommend Fort Knox!

Our technician EDWARD,, arrived within his allotted window AND HE was very professional and knowledgeable about his job. He made sure knew how to operate all of our equiptment and systems overall, we had a 5 star experience and I Wil highly recommend Fort Knox security company.

Then Installer was very prompt in keeping the appointment. I work from home and was unable to talk with him when he finished the installation. So, he text me his # and advised me I could call him when I finished and he would walk me through the operation of the alarm.
I did and he walked me through the complete tutorial and asked if I had any questions. I think I will be very satified with Fort Know.
