Awesome Service, Sean was very professional and very detailed. We are extremely satisfied and feel secured that our home is now safe and protected.

The tech was timely. He showed up wearing mask. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. He showed me how to use the system from downloading app, set my password, how to work the system using my phone: from arm & disarming, how to view the videos live and recorded. He also made sure I knew how to view doorbell. I was very pleased with Marquis the tech and service I received. Thanks Marquis & Fort Knox. I feel secure and safe with my new system.

Researched multiple home security companies and went with Fort Knox. They provided the most cost efficient equipment with no out of pocket up front with a 36 mo contract. We did take the premium pckg with 3 cameras, garage door controller, etc. Other companies would have charged over $1,000 easily for the hardware. Their monthly service fee was slightly higher but in the end it was still a better deal than other competitors. Don't take their very first offer, they'll add additional freebies if you negotiate.

Just found Fort Knox security, what an excellent experience. Called in, received a quote and had the system installed the same day. The installer, Barret Smith, was a very professional installer and explained all of the system to our satisfaction. I have never had such fast results from any business before. If you need a security system, I highly recommend them .I have been researching Systems for several days, By far Fort Knox was tops.

Installation was fast. My schedule appointment was between 8am and 10am. My tech arrived around 8:15. Everything went smooth. I called the company that I had been with since 2008 to cancel my monitoring and they wanted to send a tech out to give me a free upgrade that I talked to them about just 2 days prior.
