Fort Knox was great start to finish. My installer Jesse was also very fast and thorough.

Sean was very knowledgeable and presented a professional appearance. He surveyed the old system that had been in the house and discussed my needs before going over the equipment best suited for my use.

Very good experience, the installation was quick and easy to agree the appointment based in our schedule

My technician Jesse arrived on time and provided superior service to replace my old alarm system with newer and more intuitive equipment. Jesse is a straight forward professional and is personable and relatable. He explained everything as he went along. He was available to answer all my questions and to make great suggestions for me to consider. I highly suggest that if you are paying too much for home security and want a reliable and local security alarm company then switch to Fort Knox Security. The reps I spoke with on the phone were courteous and friendly. No high pressure, just sensible discussion and they allow the customer to decide what they need and don't need without all the scare tactics other companies use.

Marquis was very professional, cordial, and courteous when installing my alarm system. He made me feel that He had my best interest at hand. He explained to me how to operate the system, tested the system, who to contact if I had questions or problems concerning operation of the system, etc. I highly recommend Marquis for any cash award for the services he provided during the installation of my security system.
