This should not be legal

Be extremely careful. Do not open the account or share details with them as they do not follow any Law or have appreciation for it. They call you / Harrase you etc. I have reported them to HMRC, so should everyone else. Company Number: 08619610

Avoid

DO NOT register an account with these guys. They will harass you with phone calls CONSTANTLY.
I deleted my account and I still get 3-4 calls a day from them.

Creating an account with you doesn't give you the right to spam me with phonecalls. You don't get to play the "our agent just wanted to help you" card. If I wanted help, I'd ask for it.
I wanted to explore things in my own time and at my own pace, but the constant phonecalls chased me away from your service and I have no desire to use it now.
Unless this practice of yours changes, then my review stands. I can't recommend the service to anyone who doesn't want to be harrassed with phonecalls.

Scammers

Fortrade engages in aggressive sales tactics, calling frequently and offering bonuses to lure investors. They claim that a Senior Account Manager will assist in managing your account and confidently assure you that certain trades will be highly profitable. However, once you open a trade, they pressure you to deposit more money. If you refuse, they warn that you will lose your entire investment. When you seek their help, they become unresponsive, leaving you without support. You put more money and you lose everything on the top of it their there is error in there log in system , you cannot log in timely to save your money I lost all of my money because of their login error I asked them to resolve the issues they dain I have to deposit more 5k to resolve the issue that happened because of error in their system

Turn back and dont walk, RUN

I have never written a bad review, but there is probably always a first time in life.
I have lost more than 10k€ because of the graph manipulation in the name of Cyprus exchange rates. The graphs do not match with anything and out of no-where, there will be a market movement to exactly your liquidation point and next 10 seconds, it will go back 300point back to where it was,
Once-->To avoid liquidation, i tried to add funds, which was stopped and was told that this seems like money laundering and they did not resolve the problem till my whole account was liquidated.
Once my whole account was liquidated, they were sorry for my loss(very happy for their profit) and told me to basically f--- off or add another 5K€ to opan a 300€ position.
I have given up on this scam but sadly after draining my accounts.
I am left with less than a hundred euros in total in my account.
I have been trying for 21 days now to just get my tiny amount back after losing thousands and thousands and they are not even giving it. its just hilarious at this point.
Mind you, i have been with them since 2020
Just a scam , where there is no way out for your money.

I am comparing my experience with your company and my experience of your company with CITY INDEX .
In the programme with CITY INDEX , I find it very easy to place order to buy or sell and to place order to take profit or stop loss.
Mporeover I receive a statement every morning showing balance brofit forward from previous working day , profit or loss during last 24 hours , financing cost . any funds deposited , any funds withdrawn , margin utilised and free funds available
to take new transaction. At the same of the I get whole month's summary .
In your programme , volume point does not work easily. for example , in case of gbp/usd I want to increase volume from 1000 to 10000 , instead of increasing , it shows as if I want to buy 1000 .
secondly , it is very difficult to put take order or stop order
Also font size is very small.Sometime it is impossible to read.
Big improvement required to bring program in line with CITY INDEX
Finally , you should not ask for copy of personal
bank statement everytime funds are deposited or withdrawn.You can ask copy of statement the first time when funds are deposited and make a note of account name , account number and sort code for future deposit and withdrawal.

Spammers!!

Worst company. I have registered using the app just to test the platform. And now they spamming me with calls wanting me to add money to trade on their platform. I would not recommend registering with them as they will spam you weekly with phone calls.

Hard Sale Aggressive Keep Pushing and Rude

The sales person KADE JENKINS called me on Friday and sent me email using Gmail supplying the below info, I said I will review and need to learn about the company and stock market before making decision, then follow up call on Monday, I told him I had not reviewed due to email was in junk box, and the sales person was rude and said I was wasting his time and kept pushing to open an account. I am not happy to anything he said or approached anyway, good luck guys.

A *** trading experience

My experienced, it was an exceptional trading platform in the first two years. My account manager/trade advisor was knowledgeable and talkative. Admittedly I learned something from Fortrade. Thus, there are also some negative experiences I had, the common mistakes most brokers/trade companies is certain thing they don’t tell you beforehand, at the end you realized trading is a risk and if you can tolerate risk with your own $ then don’t do it. There is no such thing as ‘free’ money anywhere.
