Be aware when buying from this company as they don’t reply via emails and will use your credit card to pay for tickets and insurance. My credit card was only used on this company 100% scam. FYI: FF remove bad reviews I have got evidence against this company. Stay well away

Excellent and really helps with my fibromyalgia

I lost money £41 for Rubbish stuff .I trusted to description for high quality when I received and I tested nothing feeling stuff was rubbish.
I sent email for complain nobody reply me.
I am worry gave my car bank information because you can not trust them .
I will exchange my bank card information.

Customer service is decent of you have trouble with an order they will resend your order plus give you extra for the troubles the only thing is the delivery option which can take a bit long it would be nice to have a next day gaurenteed delivery service and also have some real pictures of the flower none of the pictures match the flower in real life which can be misleading as people go off with what looks appealing to them many other shops use real life photos of there flower deducted a star for each issue

I purchased a few products from these guys. They have a nice selection to choose from. Even when I received something I wasn’t 100% happy with they rectified this issue for me. If you alhave any discrepancy with your product contact them and they are very helpful in assisting you.

Was abit disappointed with the lemon haze didn’t have any flavour to it and did absolutely nothing .. but strawberry one was okish not much flavour thou but smooth

Nice product! Delivered on time

Decent strains enjoyed the strawberry haze the most and the Rolex helped me sleep however the mylars bags they came in were plain silver not what is advertised on the website. I know it doesn't affect the product however it was kind of sad to see I wasn't able to promote it on my canna insta page because the bags did not look appealing

Quick delivery, consistent product

it’s been almost a month since I made my order and then didn’t receive it for a week. I then had to reach out to the company to ask where it was and only then did they tell me that my items were out of stock - I had ordered two different strains and they only sent me one with some extra of that one (sent without asking first whether this was adequate compensation) , so they still failed to deliver on one of my two originally ordered products. I flagged this to them and then had to chase *again*. they assured me that strain was now back in stock and they would be sending it to me. It’s been nearly 2 weeks since last correspondence and I still don’t have my item or a refund. Awful customer service. needs a lot of prompting and they use the excuse of being a family-run business, but in all honesty that is of no relevance when it comes to customer service and consumer law.
