THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. This company refused to pay me out because they claimed I made a trade that is never been associated with my account as they claimed it was grid trading. I have screenshots and proof from my terminal that I have never taken opposite sides of any of my trades and they have no proof whatsoever. Once I received my funded account, I took my first trade on 11/20. The trade was a Gold sell and was a profitable trade. Since I was in profit for 8.9K I decided not to trade and wait the 21 days for a payout. The day that the payout was supposed to come (which is today). They decided not to pay and lie about trades that I have not taken nor are associated with my account. They are pure scammers and I have full proof. I will be reporting this to the CFTC and the SEC. I wish there was a way I could post screenshots of the fraudulent activity on here plus none of this is mentioned in the contract they made me sign to obtain the funded account. I would love to post that to this thread. Please reach out if you need any additional proof, I will be glad to provide it. If a lawyer is willing to take this case, I will be happy to provide all the information necessary so people don't get scammed in the future. STAY FAR FAR WAY from this company.
Updating to respond the comment that stated below. The account they are referring to had no buy trades whatsoever, they could not provide the proof as I have the screenshots and account information of the trades I took and the terminal. They are liars and thieves, just saying this to not have to pay out. I wish I could post screenshots, EVERYONE PLEASE STAY AWAY THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. They had to pay me out 15 thousand dollars, and they won’t even give me my refund back. I have all the proof plus none of this is mentioned in your contract you made me sign to get funded. You all have no proof, I wish I could attached the information. Don’t worry the Feds will shut you all down.

We have reviewed your trading activity and found evidence of reverse trading and gaming the system, which violates the Terms of Use sections of our website. Specifically, you placed a buy trade of 10 lot size on your account 731208 at 20-11-23 14:56:00 and a sell trade of 10 lot size on another account at 20-11-23 14:57:04, both closed at 20-11-23 15:34:16. This resulted in a profit of $6160 on account 731208 and a loss of $-6190 on the other account. This is a clear case of manipulating the market and exploiting our services.
As a result, we have decided to impose a ban on your accounts, effective immediately. This decision is final and cannot be appealed.

Passed the account and they said I have to wait 36 business hours AFTER the kyc is done which they don't let you complete until you finished. Now I have to wait a whole week to start trading. I am very upset about this I had some beautiful setups this week. It all works out in the end you guys should just allow traders to complete kyc as the account whenever they open their account to avoid this.
