Don't Waste your time
Absolutely ridiculous terms and conditions. Customer support was good at the beginning but the verification process is ridiculous. They wanted pictures of cards I used a year ago almost, and thats after I verified my ID, Address, bank statement, and my primary card. Im very surprised they dont ask for a blood sample. Absolutely bewildered. Use to love this platform. I will spend multiple grand elsewhere....

The games are definitely fun and it…
The games are definitely fun and it SEEMS like redemption will be easy. I’m waiting to redeem around $125 (I think I can only get $100 of it today) so hopefully that goes quickly and easily to PayPal. I redeemed $25 for a Poshmark gift card yesterday, so I’m guessing that’s why I have to redeem later this afternoon?
If all goes well , I’ll DEFINITELY be staying and playing on Fortune Wheelz!!!!!

Buy $100 just to cash out $250 a day, skip this site!
This platform is honestly not great. Having to purchase over $100sc just to cash out more than $100 a day is such an awful rule to have! I’ve played on many platforms and none of them have that rule, just the rule of playing all SC before it’s redeemable! If this rule of spending so much to cash out just the same wasn’t in place I’d probably give this platform a better rating!!!

I won big on free spins
I won big on free spins. .20 turned into $50 but it’s not redeemable and nothing I win with the $50 is redeemable.
Frustrating and disappointing. I’m done.

Hello,
We're sorry to hear this was frustrating. Free Plays have their own conditions, including a maximum reward that is displayed before the game begins, so players can see the applicable limit in advance. We always encourage reviewing these details before starting a Free Play session, and we appreciate you sharing your feedback.
Thanks for your feedback.
