Payment installments are pre set

Payment installments are pre set, they send a faktura after 10 days and they charge you a fee even if you pay in one lump sum. This is not like Klarna at all. Avoid it and do not shop at companies that use this service. It's essentially a scam. You might as well just light the money on fire because they don't render any service. I only pay with faktura's so I can pay at the end of the month. So, I have to pay a fee and get nothing out of it! Also, their terms are not clear on the website. Scam, scam, scam, scam....

Hej,

Vi beklagar ert missnöje med vår tjänst "delad betalning". Det låter som att ni valt fel betalmetod och skulle istället ha valt Fortus konto. Där bestämmer kunden själv beloppet att betala varje månad (minst 3,5% av skulden, dock lägst 50 kr). "Delad betalning" innebär att man binder sig till en fast månadsbetalning (3, 12 eller 36 månader) som man måste följa. Önskar kunden efter påbörjat avtal att avsluta det blir han/hon trots det skyldig att betala uppläggningskostnaden.
