We called because we heard a noise in the ceiling of our home. The trapper arrived and after a brief check explained we had a rat infestation. After showing us what he found he gave us an estimate. The estimate was MUCH higher than we anticipated. After some research, we learned no one we could find offered the lifetime warranty Critter Control provides. We set up an appointment. Kelly and the crew arrived on time and ready to work. They were very professional and explained the process. They were discreet in unmarked vehicles and low profile uniforms. They completed the process quickly, including removal of a bird nest in a vent. Overall, we were very pleased with the work and the crew, with the exception of a very dusty living area from the blown in insulation. If not for this minor issue and the prohibitive cost, we would give a 5 star review.

You don't want to hear you have "critter" issues in your attic but if you do, Critter Control is the company you want to help you take care of them. Knowledgeable, reliable, efficient, clean, friendly. Highly recommend Critter Control.

Critter has done a good job in cleaning, vacuum, and installation safety and prevention method to control rat, squirrel ... It has lifetime guarantee of its work!!!

I enjoyed my experience with this company except, they couldn't get their appointment scheduling together. My first appointment wasn't even on the schedule. I wasted the whole day waiting on them. My re-appointment went off without a hitch. The day of the procedure was sketchy at best. I was called with a new time, they were a no show and he office didn't know anything about it. I was calle back with a new time. They showed up at the later end of the time spectrum. The worker didn't know about the new time change either. Other than the human misfortunes, everyone was considerate and very professional, explaining along the way.

The squirrels that were in our attic are no longer there not taunting us thanks to Critter Control.

Overall I am very pleased at the experience of having this work done. Crew leader took me around the house and pointed out the preventive steps taken. The attic was still too thick with the insulation cloud to see anything until after an hour or so, which I was advised to wait. At that time I changed furnace filters as it was clogged up. A couple of traps and a small pile of screws were found in the driveway area which I cleaned up. Not having been in house much until after crew left, I had a large mess under interior trap attic door, insulation had been blown around door edges and this I vacuumed up along with small bits stuck to ceiling and walls near this door.. Still think Crew chief and his workers did out standing work.

The crew came in to perform the job and got straight to work. Forman told me step by step what was going to happen and continued to inform me of what was going on. The guys that were doing the work also let me know what they were doing. The crew took precautions to keep everything clean and left everything in order when they left. I would recommend them to anyone and the life time guarantee was a great reassurance to me.

The Inspector introduced me to a new understanding of rodent world. He showed me and explained details about my situation. He was very thorough! The clean-up crew was diligent in their service. They were on time and got right to work. There were 4 to 8 workers present throughout the afternoon and everything went smooth from insulation removal to the plugging of exterior holes and clean up. I was impressed with the whole operation and I felt very comfortable and confident that they were definitely taking care of my situation.

I called Critter Control because I had seen and heard squirrels in my attic. When Mike first went into my attic he immediately said squirrels were not my problem but instead I had rats and they were attracting the squirrels. Mike was able to call and get my job moved up in the schedule which I appreciated. When Johnny and his crew arrived on time, they immediately went to work. They explained in detail what they were going to do and answered any question I had during the process.They were able to remove all the rats in my attic and replaced my old insulation with a better quality product that should help me save on my AC/heating bills and also keep any future animals from wanting to come into my attic. The crew also sealed up any entry points around my house and roof and repaired a few problem spots. While I initially had sticker shock at the price, I think it was fair given the size of my attic. In addition the lifetime warranty gives me peace of mind that I will never have a rat problem again, it is also a good selling feature for my home since the warranty is on the house and transferrable to new owners. I thought Johnny's crew was very professional and I would not hesitate to recommend their service to anyone.
