The sales rep who came to the house was kind and thorough. He gave me my options, listened and provided counsel. there was not a big sales pitch which was nice.
I asked for an AM only appointment and he called and got one. It was clearly stated in my paperwork except when the company called to confirm, they confirmed me for an afternoon appointment and had no recollection of the morning appointment even though it was clearly written on my form.
They showed up at the house within their scheduled time, which was great. Everyone was nice and professional. The manager of the team introduced himself and explained what was going to happen and how long they would be.
I had much more insulation then they thought, so it took several hours to get the insulation out. This meant that it would be a long night.
One of the team had a slight accident and fell through my upper bathroom ceiling. That is the bad news. The good news is that they immediately told me what happened, called in a supervisor who came to the house and told me it would be fixed. I got a call from the office (Amy) and they made the appointment to fix the hole the next day. The supervisor (Kelly) stayed for the duration of the job and talked to me throughout the process. They left at 10:30pm and stayed until the job was complete. A bit late, which is why I wanted an AM appointment, however they did a great job.
The young man who fell through the attic actually came up to me personally and told me how sorry he was. I was very impressed that he admitted his mistake and took responsibility for it. This to me was the most impressive part of the experience. Everyone makes mistakes, it is how you admit and fix those mistakes that is so important to me.
Like with everything, there were some hiccups and the company took care of them. A long night, however worth it.

We had rodents in our attic and hired Critter Control to take care of the problem. They used big vacuums to remove the rodents and old insulation, then secured outside access around our home, sanitized the attic and blew in new insulation. They also inspected our duct work and wiring and said it was in good shape. The crew arrived a bit late but they were professional and the work was done in one day as promised. It was very expensive! Our biggest complaint is their non existent follow-up service, which was part of the contract. The crew left several traps but no one ever came back to check them. I called multiple times but no one ever showed up. We eventually removed the empty traps ourselves and put them in a box in our garage.... where they are still sitting.

We have had a problem with rodents inhabiting our attic for several years. Trapping them on several occasions, we felt our problem was solved only to have them reappear. Critter Control gave us a permanent solution. Our attic area has been cleaned and sanitized and our roof has been secured. I feel finally that I will not have to fight this battle again, but if I do, Critter Control will be there to come to our rescue. My husband and I have been completely satisfied with their professionalism and caring attitude.

I'm really glad my daughter suggested getting someone professional to take care of what we couldn't ourselves. The whole service was very professional. They did exactly what we wanted, I'm very pleased!

Excellent at being on time and doing as advertised however, did not receive 5 star as after they left I haven't heard a peep from them. I did here from Critters for a day or two after they left but they have sense died and the smell is rough. We were hoping that for the price that they would follow up each day for a few days to make sure all critters were gone and that we were completely happy. Critters are no more, but smell lingers and have had no interaction with company since their departure.

So glad I chose this company to take care of my nightmares! They were prompt, courteous, professional, and thorough. I can relax and sleep well at night knowing they removed all of the unwanted critters that were taking up room in my attics! And most importantly, their service is lifetime guarantee, love this!

The team was efficient, thorough and courteous. Within four hours, they repaired a hole in our roof, sealed all openings on the exterior of the house, removed our old insulation (along with our uninvited guests), disinfected the attic surfaces and blew in new insulation. They even installed new weather stripping on the bottom of our garage doors. This company was completely professional from start to finish. They removed our existing insulation with embedded rodents, blew in new insulation, and performed exclusion work on the entire house. We have been extremely happy with their service and have had no problems.

I contacted Critter Control to take care of the rat infestation in my attic. The service was prompt, the crew foreman kept me informed at all times of all processes. Critter Control even made repairs I wasn't sure fell under the scope of the treatment at no extra cost to me.

I found the Critter Control staff to be very customer-oriented. Only issue I found was the usual scheduling challenges of having a wide time window concerning the actual appointments, as Critter Control teams are in high demand. My team was delayed due to a morning appointment so they were at my house from mid-afternoon until approximately 7:30 pm.

The quality control aspect of doing follow-up inspections on their work has been impressive. A full month of weekly visits to inspect for any missed pests, including use of baited traps and inspections for missed holes/gaps, is very appreciated.
