Used this company a few months back and had a great experience. I was shipping odiferous materials and most other companies were either trying to charge me a premium or were claiming couriers would not handle the package. Forward buy shipped my goods with no issues and my items reached me in perfect condition.. I will be using them again this week. One thing I would say is I would prefer if they used DHL to ship my items this time as FedEx run a bad service here in the UK. My items moved quickly through the network in India (Thanks FedEx India) but when it got to the UK it took them ten days to deliver and they kept lying about missed deliveries. Apart from that my experience with ForwardBuy was top notch! Thanks guys!!

The cost was affordable the forwarded shipping was fast and the communication was good with prompt responses and status updates. Forwardbuy is trustworthy. I’m from the U.S. :) I used Google lens/images to search for an item I really wanted that was no longer manufactured from hello kitty. I ended up finding one left available on a Singaporean app called Carousell. The seller was difficult when I tried to ask her if she sell it to me through other methods. Carousell mainly sells with meet up only method.. which is bummer if you don’t live in that country. I even offered her extra money and she ignored me sadly! However, I was adamant about getting the bag, I did some googling, and discovered forwardbuy. It looks professional and honest so I tried it out for myself given my situation.

Their website explains the options they give you well. Forwardbuy is able to purchase the item for you with ‘shop for me option’. Be mindful if you are overseas the time difference. They will reply during Singapore working hours. I was patient and noticed this! Forwardbuy replied to all my emails throughout the buying process and shipping. This was the fastest shipping ever too honestly. My hello kitty bag arrived in 2 days after getting shipment confirmation. Not sure if it was because I only had one item but I was impressed and happy with how useful this service was for me. Also happy I found a seller who had the bag with authentic tags on it and for bargain price of only 25 usd. :)

they were able to get my difficult seller to respond swiftly in 1 day after contacting her with price agreement and arrangement to pick the item up after 1-2 days. Everything went smooth and couldn’t believe how easy everything was once I got one of their personal shoppers involved in the process. Thank you to the man who picked my item up and delivered it your an angel. lol

If u need items ordered from Singapore or india they have ur back! :)

They dealed with a diffcult seller. But communication needs improvement. They do not give status or updates fast.

I wanted three different stock items from the same seller. Forwardbuy managed to get them with 2 shipments + 1 at a collection point. The reported weights had nothing to do with reality. Two packages well above, and one below ordered net weight. When claimed, Forwardbuy replied by saying “ We were able to re-pack and consolidate all your items into one box”. Finally, I have 1,71 kg of net weight and I should be paying for a package of 8,94 kg, a kind of standard min. weight Forwardbuy seem to anyhow charge. I expected to end up paying about 3 times the original cost, but this is ending up to be about 8 times the original cost. Unrealistic! Will never again use Forwardbuy

The service is as described and works well, however they were quite slow when buying an items for me and they only offer one shipping option which can be expensive especially if you are buying small items

I had a such a great experience with ForwardBuy, never thought I’d get the item I’ve been looking since MONTHS on Carousell almost giving up the doubt til someone else had experience with forwardbuy I tried it myself, it took about 2 weeks my package came to me FAST, a bonus for them always giving me updates they were very helpful, friendly to me

Can improve in communication throughout the whole process but not so bad. Received my item from Sg after some time. I opted for a repack but not sure how that worked since the item was still in it's original packaging but thanks anyway

This was my first purchase using ForwardBuy and my first international purchase. So there was obviously some hesitation but ForwardBuy made the process simple and easy. The buy for me service was great! I will use them again in the future for any international purchases.

Once your parcel reach out to Chennai warehouse then it took only 7 days to arrive the parcel at Canada.
Though when you try to reach out to customer care of Forwardbuy, they reply late. It took 10 days for me to get correct instructions. Other than that it was very fast.

Good communication, kept me informed of the process and gave me updates about my purchase and where it was in the process. Quick shipping when my package arrived at their warehouse. Will use them again!
