Complete let down for my baby shower outfit
I purchased a pair of shoes for my baby shower (this is our first child so we are beyond excited for our baby shower) and paid $35 extra for the fastest shipping method. This is the only other site outside of SHEIN that sells this particular shoe and I had my heart set on these shoes. However, you can only imagine my sheer disappointment and sadness to find out that the shoes will not be delivered until the day after my baby shower. I based my entire look around the shoes I purchased and now I have to find something that could work just as well 24 hours before the shower. I would recommend the company to not use usps for any expedited shipping, they usually are not the fastest unless it is their product (express or priority mail).

Clothes looked terrible and it took weeks instead of right away. In which I paid for it to be rushed and it failed.

Absolute joke of a company
Absolute joke of a company, originally ordered October 2, order did not arrive for over 20 days and when it did it was missing one of my 3 items. It has now been 39 days and I still do not have my money back and their customer service is incredibly non-chalant and laxidasical about the issue. I try to support smaller businesses outside of Amazon but these guys are borderline crooks.
In response to their response:
The email about my refund came on November 10th and my actual refund did not arrive tim November 15th, so your "investigators" clearly can't read and you might want to look into replacements.
I found it amusing that it took a bad review for you to actual follow through on the refund promised over a week earlier.
Unfortunate that it does not allow you to attach screenshots here or I would gladly share my emails/evidence.
