Ordered a week ago and haven’t got my account order number:1284

Still have not received the account ordered the account a week ago. Still nothing emailed them and no response

Never received my order waste of 40 dollars

Not very good seller + not quick enough even not easy to deal with... dishonest and hated how they went

I bought my account and waited over a week and never received it so I emailed about getting a refund and never received one.

It has been a week & still haven’t received my account. Plus i haven’t got a reply through customer service just want the account i payed for.

Havent received my account nor have I heard anything back regarding to it

Would have liked to have had some super wheelspins but other than that these guys rocked out

It’s been 7 days and i still did not got my account.

Waited 4 days, didnt receive my forza horizon 5 account. Pretty bad reviews here recently, shouldve checked them before buying. Also sent 2 emails prior this review but no reply! SCAM

never received my account said 48-72 hours and its been a week and a half and still nothing contacted support but no reply from them don't spend your money on this website its a scam :(

I have been waiting 5 days and my $40 account still hasn't come in. I've emailed them twice. The first replie was no help at all and I still haven't got a reply on my second email. I just want the account I purchased

i will be contacting my bank today if i do not get my account by the end of today. y’all don’t even respond to my emails. plus, y’all give bs times when we should expect our accounts when me and other people have been waiting longer than 48-72 hrs.

since my order was somehow marked as fraud, i just asked them for a refund and they said they would refund if i complied with their refund terms which were “If you file a dispute/chargeback or leave a fake negative review instead of contacting us and waiting for a reply, we will not cooperate with you.”
i haven’t charged back and my negative review was not fake and was 100% real. they are refusing to give me a refund unless i remove this bad review, so now i have no other choice but to charge back.

first, saying that i’m probably using a stolen credit card and that i’m also going to charge back…. i don’t know how that possibly works if i’m using a stolen credit card but whatever, it made sense in your head i guess. i also just sent screenshots showing that 1, i have access to my bank account, 2, the card is in fact under my name and ends in the same four digits used for purchase. and for the record y'all might not have been asking directly for me to remove this review, but when your policy is that you can’t charge back (which i didn’t do yet) and you can’t leave a fake negative review (which mine is 100% true and not fake) and i did email y’all and y’all didn’t respond for a few days, i am the customer and i deserve to know what’s going on with my order. i was complying with y’all’s bs refund policy and y’all are just holding my money. it is not my fault that y’all’s customer service is horrible. and apparently i am not the only one having problems with y’all also. my intentions were not to scam, and never were to be. my intentions was to get a account and there were some weird problems with that so i just asked for a refund. and y’all are saying my review is not honest and true is bs because i have everything i need to prove y’all wrong and to make y’all look dumb and feel like it as well. if you wanna tell a story, make sure the pieces add up first 😉
