Very poor reclamation service
I brought in a reclamation on a phone (that I use for work and daily usage). The employee offered to send my phone to their repair shop, this would take 10 to 14 days after which I would either have my phone back or a price for repairing (if Elgiganten did not se this as a reclamation).
To summarise I handed in a reclamation on a phone without getting a replacement or even knowing whether I will have to pay to get a working phone or not.
I personally work in a store very similar to Elgiganten and know how much better a reclamation service can be with very little effort.
