Very pleased
Easy to order off website and quick delivery. The packing was above and beyond ensuring that the picture was safe. The only bugbear was that the hanger was deeper than the level of the frame but soon sorted with some strong wire. Not worth deducting a star for! Good experience all round and very pleased with my picture!

We have been to the shop many times over the years and they have never let us down. They have delivered every time for us on all sorts of matters from passport photos to repairing our ancient but much loved camcorder. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Beautiful photo of Castletown boathouse
The only reason I removed 1 star is because I had the photo shipped as a gift to a friend and no note was enclosed as requested in the comments. The option for messages greetin could not be found elsewhere on the website. My friend had no idea who had sent it to her. She phoned to find out but not before contacting the wrong senders lol

First framed print arrived damaged, got in touch with foto factory. They organised a replacement immediately and kept me in the loop regarding delivery date. I must they were very easy to deal with and the communication from them was excellent.

I contacted Foto Factory to ask their advice about purchase for delivery to Australia. They advised me to purchase online and then email them with a request for delivery to an address in Australia. They confirmed that the items would be delivered to the Australia address at no extra charge. The prints were delivered on time and in great condition. They are also of great quality. I will certainly use them again and highly recommend them.
